Zodiac Reborn

The 12 Zodiacs are the twelve celestial gate keepers of the universe, they all hold immense power in their own way. They are responsible for dictating over all of the cosmos and making sure peace and harmony is spread through out. Eons dragged on as they preformed their duties, and soon one of them grew weary, Scorpio. Using poisons, and an alliance he forged with Taurus, he managed to weaken the ten other zodiacs. The poison forced the Zodiac to remain in their Garuk'Navar(soul gems). Before he could harvest their power for his own ill use, however, Ophiuchus, the protector of the zodiacs mustered his energy and infused the souls of the zodiac into ten human infants. In his weakened state, Scorpio was able to slay him, and from him gleaned the knowledge of where he had sent the rest of the Zodiacs: the mortal word. Scorpio quickly replicated the method and sent him and Taurus into the mortal world so they could locate their prey.

The Now

All the infants that played shelter to with the Zodiacs grew up to live a pretty normal life. They all grew in a way akin to the Zodiac within, that is, the poor fool who ended up slave to Scorpio grew to be malicious and vindictive just the same as he was.

The Zodiac children don't really know who they are, but they all began showing signs of something strange upon their eighteenth birthday. Namely, the large tattoo of their Zodiac somewhere on their body, but what isn't so noticeable is the powers. For one, every Zodiac child is faster, stronger, and more acute than the average human. For two, they've each developed their own powers to use.

Scorpio was not wasting idle time, he and Taurus began tracking down the other Zodiac immediately. Through various spells and incantations they were able to track down 4 of the other Zodiacs . Without his poison, Scorpio wouldn't stand a change against the other ten Zodiacs. No, he had to pick them off one by one. And so he and Taurus did, but instead of killing them, he convinced them to join, he corrupted the weak human wills and thus the Zodiac that lies within. One by one, Virgo, Gemeni, Aquarius, and Capricorn fell to his corruption.

There have also been various abominations wreaking havoc through out the land, their origin shrouded.

Your Role

You were one of the lucky, or maybe not so lucky, individuals who the Zodiac have imprinted upon. You are either just discovering your abilities, or have been found and corrupted and shown by Scorpio

The remaining 6 uncorrupted Zodiacs all are haunted by the same vision, a strange, hazy figure who seemed to be every where all at once and no where at all. Whoever he is, or whatever it is seems to be pulling on your very essence, and it feels so good. A warm sensation of utter peace sweeps you as you succumb to his whim and are transported through the nether.

As for the corrupted ones, they are all tracked down by cloaked figures and summoned to Scorpio. The news he bears is grim, another Zodiac has awakened. That means that all 6 of the others have awakened and unleashed their powers. The time to go on the offensive is now.

The Rules

1. General PC rules apply here. No spam, no double-posts etc.
2. Be active, you know. I actually want this to flourish and not meet it's death before it even gets the chance to live!
3. No killing other people. We are playing two opposing forces, so there will be skirmishes and the like involved. Just no killing, alright?
4. Communicate! You should be on pretty friendly terms with the rest of the RPers, enough so that we can actually progress with our RP. Talk with them when their is misunderstanding, or you want to arrange something or whatever. Just for the love of the god, COMMUNICATE.
5. This roleplay will be DIFFERENT in most others in that you post in BOTH first AND third person POV. You are not required to write a personality(although it'd look better) for your character, as one already exists. however, every so often you will have to write a post, or(preferably) a piece of post that is in first person and gives us insight into the brain of your character.

Aries: control over lightning, can regain life and energy through electrical flow
Cancer: can maniuplate water, freezing it insantly, creating torrents of attack etc etc

Taurus: possesses the ability to change size, and can channel energy into a part of the body, magnifying strength
Gemini: the gemini can create clones and send energy bringing inanimate objects to life
Virgo: can use kinetic energy to form barriers or attack, and can use this power to shield from the naked eye

Name: Denxyr Hashiroze

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Zodiac: Capricorn

Power: Talk to Nature. Using this, he can get intel from trees, plants, or maybe even animals[if it counts I suppose] from an opponent or anybody for that matter. He also knows where everything is by asking them. This ability allows him to be a great sneaker, able to sneak to anything thanks to nature that seems to tell him everything. Also, he has experimented and is able to use plants in the battlefield. He can tell them to bend, make knots, trip, tackle or attack, and possibly use spikes if they have any. Quite lazy and ignorant however, he uses them to make his life easier.

Apearence: Denxyr is very pale, despite the fact his parents come from a family with tan skin. His black hair is short and silky, reaching as far down as to his chin. The bangs tend to fall to the middle between his eyes, despite the fact he always brushes them to the left side of his face. His eyes are light green in color, always showing sadness and loneliness in them. He always looks depressed and serious, and his expression rarely changes.

Denxyr is slender, yet fairly muscular. His appearance is melancholic, and what he wears isn't that different. He wears a black shirt with a green English-style letter "U" on the back. Denxyr wears a white jacket, the collar quite high. His camo pants are black as well, able to carry his needs there. His shoes are black and white with a green outline to them.

Personality:

He's very serious, never joking around and having a disgust to those who do. Denxyr is very independent and quite confident, rarely accepting helps from others. His thoughts are quite negative, always pushing himself farther since he critizes himself far too much to the point of low self-esteem. Despite this, he never shows this. Quite cautious, he observes his environment and people closely, judging them and making facts out of them. Even though he's not afraid to take the leadership as a leader, he's quite the stubborn one. Multitasking is common for him, always multitasking and able to do multiple projects or such at once. This is possible from his great organizational skills, having a hatred for untidy or dirty objects. Denxyr is also quite a shocker.

He tries not to change moods, since even details can worry or tick him off without the person knowing. He hides his feelings at times, but he tends to be happy one second and angry the next. However, he always has a reason to change moods. He's very fair, following by the rules. What he sees is what he sees. Whatever he does not see, he does not believe without hard, concrete facts. The most noticeable trait is the fact he only speaks to correct people and he's very boring. Playing is a waste of time, or so he thinks. Fun never exists, only responsibility. Feelings are not facts, and he tries to avoid them. He's also quite lazy however.

History:

Denxyr's past has pretty much affected the way he is now. His mother has died giving birth to him, so his father was the only one being able to take care of him. He and his father were opposites. While Denxyr has black hair and green eyes like his mother, his father has dark brown hair and grey eyes. His father was too lazy and playful, while Denxyr was serious and responsible. School was his only solution, where he eventually heard of a gang of students who rebel against everything. Avoiding them at all costs, it was until he reached 7th grade that they had found interest in the way he was so serious, cold, and ignorant. At first, he ignored their requests, and even threats. They were only middle schoolers after all, what can they possibly do? He was wrong. One day, while he left school, he was cornered. Thinking he was helpless, he was beaten down and left to suffer alone. Bruised badly, his father found him the next day out of worry all alone there. Eversince, he had a taste for revenge and developed a negative attitude. Everybody he saw, he would judge right off the bat.

The rest of his school years were spent being alone. He grew a reputation for being the cold loner. Rarely would anybody talk to him, and he simply avoided contact unless it was for a school project. Despite all this, he still held all As and never anything lower than that. Rather intelligent, he surpassed everybody except the Juniors by the time he entered High School. He quickly adapted, the Seniors accepting him. He thought everything was fine, until his father developed cancer. Shocked, depression set in quickly right after. Checking him daily on the hospital and making sure he was feeling the least of pain as possible. Despite all his efforts, he couldn't make it. Turning 16, he was told his father had only a limited amount of time left. His grades started to plummet, his behavior now aggressive and short tempered. Nobody seemed to understand him, and soon he started being called the "Gunner" due to his tendency to snap back quickly. Before he turned 17, his father had passed away in an untimely matter. This was possibly the worst depression he has ever had, yet he critiziced himself and somehow brought himself back up to his normal routine. Eventually, he got off High School at the age of 17, since he started to recover himself an gain his grades back up. Once out, he settled in his own apartment a year later, becoming lazy yet rather cunning.

Other: Denxyr has a thing for weapons. He has a love for technology, admiring it and always saying that it made life easier.

Xoxaa uses the power of lightning to its fullest. Using a form of martial arts imbued with electricity, she emits static electricity that allows her to paralyze her foes or even shut them down completely with a single, electrically charged blow. She also utilizes ranged tactics, firing bolts of lightning from her fingers, arms, or legs. In rare occasions, even though she's yet to perfect it, she can toss a forked lightning bolt at opponents, devastating an arsenal of enemies in her path. Lately, she's learned to spit high voltage bolts from her mouth, but this skill needs much work and usually fizzles out.

In a non offensive environment, she has found other useful uses for her powers, such as accelerating the regeneration of wounds, recharging the batteries of electronic devices, picking up on radio signals and able to convert thoughts and ideas into a radio or digital message or vice versa, allowing her to be essential in reconnaissance and keeping in contact with others wherever she is, as long as they have a radio or a compatible electronic device. She can also generate heat for a variety of uses simply by adding electricity.

In unsavory weather, she can sometimes supercharge herself by acting as a lightning rod and giving herself a dramatic boost of power for various uses. Rarely, she can use the energy brimming within her to heal allies and potentially even revive the dead if they were just recently killed.

Appearance
Xoxaa has grown to be a fine young woman, of a slightly below average stature at 5' 5" and a healthy, athletic weight. Her experience as an athlete in high school and her dedication to fitness has allowed her to develop noteworthy calves and a somewhat toned body. Still, womanly features don't elude her, with the hips, rear, and bust worth noticing. Despite this, though, the girl is modest in her dress, preferring t's and sweaters that cover her chest completely. Her legs are a different matter, however she's often showing leg when she exercises, and so habitually, she's used to a lot of leg, whether it be shorts or skirts. Her health shows on her face as well, with healthy, minimally damaged skin, a cute face, and silvery-blue eyes. Her hair is soft, wavy and lengthy, a light blonde, almost bleach blonde bright, and well cared for. Often she'll tie her hair up with orange ribbons, usually in ponytails in the back while allowing some hair to fall by the side of her head.

Her clothing is quite colorful, but most often she will sport blues and oranges. She tends to wear a more athletic style of boot, colored blue and white and designed for use on all environments. Under them she often wears colored and patterned long socks, though her boots mostly cover them. Her clothing style is very vibrant, playing on her personality well. The girl's favorite t-shirt is light blue with blue lightning veins across it. Xoxaa also wears a pair of specially designed gloves that enhance her electrical powers by using metal wires to focus her powers in key areas. Her boots too have this, which give her an all around more effective position in battle.

Personality
Xoxaa is rather shy among strangers, but is eccentric around people she's more accustomed to. She's hyper-competitive, and thus she hates to lose, especially against people who rub her the wrong way. She's also a little clumsy, but she makes up for it by her willpower and keeping a positive, unfaltering attitude. This girl makes for good and sometimes humorous company, being a goof around good friends, but she doesn't hold back on her evaluations of others. Those who inquire her thoughts on things will find she is fierce and unforgiving in her bluntness. Honesty is one of the greatest virtues according to her, even if it may hurt someone's feelings. However, she is harder on herself than she is on anyone else, constantly pushing for personal improvement.

She's also rather analytical and a deep thinker, that is when she's not too occupied with something else. She saves thinking for when it's needed, and lets instinct and gut senses hold the reigns most of the time. Those who get to know her tend to see her deeper and philosophical side. Her compassion only comes through to those who seek it out. Xoxaa is also very humble about her intellect and doesn't think much of it, especially since first impressions don't paint her as an intellectual.

Xoxaa takes matters into her own hands. She's not too patient with others, but she's disciplined enough to wait on important matters that she can sympathize with. She can come across as insensitive, selfish, and uncaring, and to some extent, these claims are true. At heart, Xoxaa is not too fond of other people and thus is quick to criticize any weaknesses she sees in her companions or enemies. Despite this, she respects the rights of others and can behave uncharacteristically selflessly, even to protect those she would otherwise hate. The morals and principles that guide her are not shared with others, so the depths of her personality are kept secret from most people.

History
Xoxaa was born into a single parent family, her father a member of the military who was killed on duty a year after her birth. She grew up being raised by her mother in a family of older brothers. As a toddler she had always been very energetic and a handful to raise, being picky with her food, clothes, and even sensitive to her environment, making her hard to raise. When she began school, she struggled to get along with her peers and often fought with the teacher. She was also very mischievous, pulling pranks on other kids or even in some cases beating up other kids. Xoxaa became very used to visiting the principal's office and detentions seemed like a regularly scheduled event for her. Due to her isolationist nature, drawing, writing, and running became some of her prime interests, but as she grew older her competitive nature really began to shine.

As she grew older, it became evident that Xoxaa wasn't just an eccentric introvert, but an intelligent one as well. She would score advanced in all areas in standardized testing, yet her grades in school were often subpar due to her incompletion of school assignments and her combative nature with teachers in class. She would either argue with them or just make fun of them during class during a lecture, or she would just be obnoxious in class. Approaching adolescence, her mother was distraught with what to do about her daughter, and at home she would often fight with her brothers, but she could never win any dispute with them. This resulted with her mother scheduling therapy sessions for her daughter, but they did little to change her behavior but reveal her rebellious nature and her criticism of society and the status quo. Worse yet, the conflicts surrounding Xoxaa would make an ugly turn just before her 12th birthday.

On her way home after school on a stormy afternoon, Xoxaa was struck by lightning, a freak accident that left her unconscious. She was found and rushed to the hospital, but miraculously, she suffered minimal damage and healed at a remarkable rate, but she was kept in the hospital for several days to undergo additional testing due to the phenomenal recovery she underwent. Soon after she discovered her ability to manipulate electricity, and thus practiced it in secret, developing this unique power.

Entering adolescence and middle school, Xoxaa had developed quite the reputation, donning the nickname, "Miracle Kid" or "Lightning Kid" due to her amazing survival of the lightning that struck her. This strange event made her more popular in school, and adolescence only propelled this further with the development of her feminine features. However, she was still troublesome in school, arguing with teachers over the content of classes along with other classmates, getting in brawls with other students, and continuing her tradition of detention. School only became more hectic as she grew up, but after school activities helped to redirect her excess energy such as track and field, soccer, and basketball. There she began to build friendships with people for the first time, and learned about leadership, teamwork, and companionship. Her grades began to pick up slightly in school due to her focus in athletic activities, and her friendship circles began to expand, not only because of her involvement in sports, but her adolescence began to really develop her rear and breasts, two things teenage boys love in girls.

High school came around in a flash, and Xoxaa quickly became a varsity player on the soccer team and a popular student in school. However, she abstained from dating and school dances to the surprise of her peers. Despite her attractive performance, she kept to herself mostly, ignoring the flirtations of her peers. She was still argumentative in school, disputing teachers over curriculum and subject matter as well as homework, and being suspended from soccer games as a result of her brawls with other classmates. School was a rough and tumble time for her, but she made her way through it, improving her grades greatly from when she was little. Still, few knew of her electrical powers, but rumors were circulating. Walking in on a rape of one of her classmates by a teacher, she used her powers against someone for the first time, shocking the perpetrator and leaving him paralyzed. Before long, the story of Xoxaa's electrical paralysis of the rapist overshadowed the story of the rape itself, sending Xoxaa's high school career for a tailspin. She barely managed to complete high school under the stress from school, and remained mostly at home since her graduation, remaining isolated from the outside world now that her secret was revealed.

With two of her brothers also killed like her father while serving in the military, only one of her three brothers still lives, also an enlisted member of the military. With the loss of family and her secret out, Xoxaa's future remains uncertain and bleak.

Other
She can occasionally emit electrical waves that can give people light shocks. She's also immune to electrical shock unless the voltage is extremely high, but not immune to heat that is not related to electricity.

Name: Dante St. Andre

Age: Appears 20 or so, but has decades to hone his abilities.

Gender: Male

Zodiac: Scorpio
Power: Dante has control over fire, while he can spawn it from nothing, it generally helps to have some kind of ignition force, even the tiniest of sparks for him to effortlessly create a raging inferno. To do so, he has special gloves(FMA rip off, I know...) that spark when he snaps his fingers. As for the swift regeneration, it makes the tiny little nicks and cuts practically ricochet away with how fast they are healed. The bigger the wound, the longer it takes and the more energy is used. He uses this ability however, to fool his opponents into his death, by using his energy to sustain only his vital functions, and then when his opponents let their guard down he shotguns the energy through his body and moves in for the kill. Injuries that would make people flinch do little to stop him. His swift-regen has also excessively slowed down his aging process.


Appearance: Dante is born of mixed Spanish/Irish decent. The Latino blood in him runs twice as thick, however, and his complexion is naturally tanner than most. He has large, striking green eyes that emit a wave a of friendliness, yet seem to be hiding something mysterious. Long, black hair is slicked back with an expensive oil, and a thin wiry mustache and pointy goatee adorn his face in perfect unison. A crooked grin reveals yellowed and browned teeth, due to alcohol and drug use. He has flat cheeks, and a squarish jaw.

Being accustomed to large sums of money, Dante dresses quite lavishly. Designer tuxes and leather jackets, suede and leather pants, with luxurious gold jewelry and matching designer shoes. Almost always, a fedora to match his suit or jacket is worn. Around his neck is a small golden locket, and in it, a picture of the only thing that ever meant anything to him: Marie Antoinette, his deceased fiance.

Dante is usually described as calm and dignified, yet it happens to be that his rather high-strung . He is accustomed to having to hold his top on, so people tend to not see this frenzied side of him, but when it comes, it comes in full force, almost completely changing who he is.

Personality: Dante is cold and manipulative, and will see to the success of anything he does. Failure is not an option, he can't let himself or anyone else down. Not again. Walking the darker side, he holds little value to human life, and takes what he pleases. Life is all about getting to the top for him, no matter the price. Friends are nothing to him, he's as likely to light you on fire as he is to stop you from burning to death. Spontaneous and erratic, no one really can trace or determine how his brain works.

Prey to many vices, Dante is almost always busy doing something or indulging himself. Be it drinking alcohol, smoking pot, or gambling, he almost is always in the procession of such an act. Despite what might be poor choices, Dante is intelligent and calculating, with perhaps one too many screws loose. He likes to instill fear into the hearts of those that cross him, and often uses it to gain control over the person.

There is one thing, however, or one person, rather, that Dante just didn't possess the ability to be evil towards: Marie Antoinette. His fiance and one true love. To him, she is the most beautiful girl to have ever walked the planet, and he would stop at nothing to please her. He was ecstatic and on the verge of ending his crime-ridden life for her, to prove his devotion.

History: Dante never liked school. It wasn't because it stopped him from hanging out with friends or the usual reasons, no. He didn't like it because it was too easy. So he dropped out of highschool, and his broken family and dead-beat parents did nothing to stop him. For a few years he lived life, the true definition of scum. He'd rip off anyone for a quick buck, do what he could to survive. The more he played the game, the more hooked he got.

Eventually he crossed paths with a man who had convinced him into working for him, smuggling drugs and the like. When he was ordered to make a hit on a fellow mobster he saw Marie Antoinette for the first time and grew weak at the knees. Something came over him, that prevented him from ending the mobsters life, even though he had already pressed the barrel of his .45 to the man's head. There was something in Marie Antoinette's eyes... her face.... she was just so enchanting.

Understanding that Dante acted out of business interests only, the mobster paid him double the money to take out the man who had placed the hit on him. Reluctant to betray one of the most powerful mobsters at the time, it took a bit of persuasion from Marie to do the job, and afterwards, his employer became her father. After working a few jobs, he and Marie Antoinette fell deeply and madly in love. It was then that Dante heard wind of a possible dealer moving through town with a lot of goods, and he arranged a meeting with him at his apartment. It was an agent, and with him, a task force designed to assassinate dangerous criminals and put a stop to organized crime. Their bullets exploded through the walls, putting holes in both Dante and Marie. He held her in his arms as she laid their bleeding, and could do nothing to calm her or soothe his own sobs. As the officers moved in for his pulse, he went into a rage and burned down the entire building and the one next to it, killing dozens of people.

Other: Dante is a bit of a con-man, and looks the part.

Name: Edward "Ed" Callow

Age: 19

Gender: M

Zodiac: Taurus

Power: Taurus: possesses the ability to change size, and can channel energy into a part of the body, magnifying strength.

Edward does have the ability to change into a completely different size, however, he doesn't tend to use it. Instead, only one part of his body (usually his arms or legs) is changed into a much larger size. This grants him a great boost of strength to that part of the body when he does this as he channels energy into that body part which is increased in size. However, he can also use the channeling of energy to a body part without the increase in size as well. The effect is about the same, maybe less amount of power. The difference is two things. The first is speed increase. When he magnifies his anatomy, his strength increases, but his speed decreases from the size of the body part. However, the second difference is showmanship, or lack there of. When his fist is giant, for example, people tend to understand which body part has been magnified in strength. This is used as a part of a scare tactic with Edward. However, when he doesn't increase the size of his body, it is hard to tell which part of the body he magnified in strength, except for a minor pulse of the air around that body part, which few people could catch and see. This ability is often used more when he's serious, or angry.

Appearance: Edward is tall, standing at 6'4. He has clear, light skin, and a very well defined and fairly muscular body to match his height. He has very short black hair, almost completely shaved except perhaps a centimeter or see hair remaining all around. He has dark, brown eyes, with glasses over them. He also has a goatee. His face is a bit long, with a well-defined jaw line and a thick neck.

His style of clothing usually involves a T-shirt, black or brown in color, with a pair of jeans. However, he also chooses to wear a long black coat stretching to his ankles as part of his style as well. He has large feet, which means his shoe size also is large, at size 13US (Eur 48).

Personality: Despite his large and muscular, yet fair stature, Edward is usually seen as quite calm, and rather peaceful. He never would be the one to instigate a fight, of course, unless he has to. Although he is calm and generally against fighting, he will fight if someone is provoking him, attributed to his high amount of stubbornness. His temper tends to explode in violent bursts that are not always directed at the person they should be. It is one of his faults. He is quite often easily provoked.

Edward is noted for his determination. He gets to where he is going, not because he is exceptionally fast or clever, but because he will not be distracted from his goals. However, he isn't interested in taking unnecessary risks that can put his solid footing in jeopardy. He has often, though, sacrificed many of his friendships with others just to achieve goals or uphold his values. Values that often include a need for stability and simplicity, a functional life, though it might seem boring to someone else. He dislikes changes in his life, and many times will not go along with it.

Edward is not a leader, and generally never has been throughout most of his life. However, he tends to be able to judge people quite well, including those with great leadership abilities and follow them.

Edward is a pleasure seeker, though, and often greed is the composite result. He is often quite greedy in regards to what he wants. Coming from money, he tends to believe those with the same values and social standing should general hang out with one another. In other words, people should know their place, and stick to it.

History: Edward's life for a long time was unremarkable and simple, and Edward couldn't ask for much more. He was raised by his mother and father in a small town. The family was financially stable. It wasn't exceedingly rich, but it came from quite a bit of money, money enough so that Edward could be left to his own devices. Even though he came from money, he never overburdened his parents with requests of grand items and gifts but instead enjoyed the relaxing pleasures and comforts offered to him in the simplicity he was offered in his comfortable situation, where he really wouldn't have to do too much in life. His parents didn't neglect him, but they gave him his own space. 'Self-reliance', his father called it. Edward didn't mind. It gave him time to himself, for that is usually where he was. Growing up, he had a small group of friends he hung out with, all from around the same social class as him, around the upper-middle class and upper class mainly. They all had similar interests, and Edward got along quite well with them. The friends included three boy and two girls: Andrew, Jamal, Eric, Rudy, Jamie and Lauren. Throughout his life, Edward would stick with these types of friends, particularly the ones he first met. He and his group often discouraged others from other social standing to join into it.

A situation like this occurred once among his friends when Eric began dating a girl who was quite poor. Edward, ever one to hate change, disliked the inclusion of this new person into the group right away. With his other friends, he tried to convince Eric to break up with her, and when it failed, the group parted ways and they stopped hanging out with Eric. It was a situation in which Edward had placed his values and beliefs over his friendships.

In high school, Edward hung out with the same group of friends. Their daily hang-out rituals and routines remained relatively the same. Some call it boring, not really doing much but conversing, but it was the simplicity of it that Edward enjoyed. He had never liked to fight, especially to ensue conflict for no reason, but there were more than one occasions where others would insinuate a fight with him. Whether it was jealousy or a simple misunderstanding between classes, fights would occur. This especially occurred in his freshman and sophmore years at high school, when he wasn't quite as tall as he would become. The resulting provocations caused Edward to lash out at those who attempted to mess around with him. The result of which would be quite large fights. Somehow, though, he would always come out on top. He had even earned a reputation as quite a good fighter, yet still others challenged him more than once. It was then in his junior year of high school that he made the decision to begin working out much more. Hitting the gym with the desired result to obtain a more muscular physique would hopefully put off others from trying to mess around with him. It seemed some higher power also had the same reasoning in mind for Edward, as in that summer he grew four inches, and really filled in. Needless to say, nobody ever tried to bother him or the others in the group again, and Edward acted as a sort of "enforcer" of the group, making sure things stay the same, and change to be discouraged, especially adding of other members into the group, or provocations with them.

Throughout the rest of high school, the group earned a bit of a reputation of being outsiders, neither part of the rest of the school's agenda nor on their level. They were rather mysterious to them, coming from money and keeping their distance. Some people often compared them to members of the high school royal family, if there was such a thing. But few bothered to ask them about such things. In fact, few people bothered them throughout the rest of high school.

Edward soon moved out of his parents home into a place of his own as he prepared for university. He kept many of his old possesions, and even furbished his new home to look similar to what he was used to. It wasn't exactly built for being extravagant as much as it was built for being pleasurable and comfortable. He attended university with a few of his old friends, and the days were filled with similar routines of the past, and at the moment, Edward wouldn't have it any other way.

Name: Ryan Blake

Age: 18

Male

Zodiac: Cancer

Power: Can manipulate water, freeze it instantly, and create torrents of attack. Usually, Ryan creates warriors out of frozen ice and uses them to attack. But since Ryan is very hard to understand, his fighting style changes with his mood of the day, making it very hard for his opponents to read him.

Appearance: Ryan is 5'8 at average height, but this fact is strange because he has fairly short legs, leaving him with a very long torso. He has a very athletic build, and he has built confidence from usually being shorter than others. He has brown hair, Piercing Blue Green eyes, often changing on what he is wearing. He has a tan complexion, mostly from surfing and swimming and being in the water so much.

He has a prominent forehead, a wide smile, and his nose curves slightly up. Ryan has long arms and strong hands that are calloused from waxing his board and playing guitar. He has a very care free sense about him which shows in all of his movements. There is always a flow from one step to the next. He usually wears a tank top and board shorts, but as he discovers he is a Zodiac, his clothing changes.

History: Ryan is a care free, flowing, surfer child. Born and raised in Southern California, Ryan always had everything he had ever needed and more. Unlike his peers, Ryan is grateful for everything that was given to him, and this shows in the way he acts. At a young age, Ryan showed interest in water, and from then on he practically took up every Water Sport known to man.

His father and mother, both Marine Biologists, always catered to his interest and nurtured it. They taught him to never give up, and to keep going. He dropped most of the sports to be competitive in the two that he really loved, competitive swimming and surfing. He has very good ranks in both. But as soon as he turned 18 he began to rise up the ranks like a jet. Ryan was raised to be very open minded and spiritual, he is very in tune with his inner self, and hopefully that will help with him becoming a Zodiac.

Name: Archibald "Archie" McGregor

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Zodiac: Virgo

Power: Virgo: can use kinetic energy to form barriers or attack, and can use this power to shield from the naked eye.

Archie uses his telekinesis to pin his enemies, lifting them into the air where they cannot move. If enemies resist or evade, he throws objects at them. He can create a focused "beam" of kinetic energy, useful for smashing through objects. Occasionally he uses his telekinesis to levitate himself, increasing his mobility. Although he can create a "force shield", blocking attacks is mentally taxing and he only uses it sparingly. With practice, he has learned to physically manipulate others, although those with strong wills or strong bodies can resist his control.

Outside of battle, his telekinesis has become second nature to him, and he uses it often.

Appearance: Archie stands about 6' 3", taller than average. Most of his height is in his long legs. Though he was once of average build, his recent mastery of telekinesis has left him somewhat out of shape. He is tall and bulky, with a lot of weight around his middle. He has brown hair, cut short so he doesn't have to mess with it, and bright blue eyes. He doesn't get much sun, and has pale white skin as a result.

With his large forehead, hawk-like nose, and beady eyes, he is rarely considered "attractive". His thin eyebrows, slightly pointed ears, and tight-lipped mouth give him an odd, judgemental look, and people often compare him to a fictional character with similar features and logical outlook. His clothing is very consistant: black work shoes, black slacks, long-sleeved blue shirt. His Zodiac mark is located on the back of his right hand.

Personality: Archie is calm, calculating, and logical. He is obsessed with having things in order, compulseively organizing or rearranging objects until they are right. He rarely shows emotion, either because he is unsure how to express them, or because he actually doesn't feel them. He has a lot of charm and dignity, keeping his composure at all times. Despite his intelligence and ability to get things done, he lacks the initiative to lead and prefers to stay out of the limelight.

History: Archie was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He had a comfortable, if friendless, childhood. He had no siblings, and never wanted anything to do with the neighborhood children. His parents usually left him to his own devices, letting him raise himself. He had an odd mix of hobbies and interests, but nothing that he really wanted to do with his life. He was content to stay where he was, coasting through life, but that all changed one summer, when he was 14. His father lost his job, and his mother proposed that they move somewhere else, where work was more readily available.

Two months later, they had moved into their new home in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Archie started High School, where social activity was practically forced upon him. Being foreign and with many odd habits, he didn't make any firends, and many people had an intense dislike of him because he was too different. His first year was full of torment, but his second year was marked by complete disinterest. Although he still had no friends, people were accustomed to him and instead chose to ignore him. He drifted through his final years of high school, graduating without a direction in life.

He obtained a part-time job as a night janitor at a local elementary school, and shortly afterwards discovered his Zodiac powers. He practised his powers in secret, at night, hiding them from the rest of the night crew lest they become fearful and turn him in. He was granted a full-time position at the school, leaving him as the only worker on the night cleaning shift. With his newfound solitude, he could experiment and practise his Zodiac abilities whenever he wanted, and soon became highly proficient in his telekinesis. He found something he genuinely enjoyed to do with his life, and was finally happy.

Then Taurus found him, and brought him to Scorpio. The first to be corrupted, Archie used his powers and intellect to aid Taurus in tracking down and capturing the other Zodiacs. Even now, he stays behind the scenes, a consultant, helping Scorpio with his plans.

Name: Isaac Rendell

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Zodiac: Libra

Power: Isaac has the power to control, and manipulate wind and air. Isaac's power allows him to direct air molecules to create strong gusts of wind, conjure tornadoes, whirlwinds, gales, tempests and even hurricanes. If he is feeling generous, Isaac can calm the weather, eliminating wind almost completely. However, the major perk of this power is the offensive potential which allows him to direct the air and make it a devastating weapon. This most of done by creating strong storms or extreme weather patterns. More concise manipulations are possible, such as creating sharp slices of wind to cut his opponents or the environment around them(similar to the idea of Razor Wind) or Isaac using the wind to amplify melee attacks (He coined the phrase Whirldwind Fist for a reason). Defensively, Isaac's power is fairly limited. Primarily, Isaac relies on wind gusts to literally blow away attackers and projectile attacks, redirecting them. Isaac is capable to generating tornado walls to act as shields and traps, covering his bases or protecting him and his allies. It is not uncommon for Isaac to surround himself with a tornado allowing for a 360 degree defense.

Isaac's power also allows for a few more extra perks. The first is the natural boost of speed he appears to obtain from his power. Isaac has been able to outrun any individual he has met. Had he been inclined to do so, he believes he could be a relatively successful Olympic athlete. Additionally, Isaac is capable of flight by manipulating the wind around his feet. Traditionally, this requires constant attention but through diligent practice it has since then become second nature. Isaac's final perk is limited form of telekinesis that comes from manipulating the wind around certain objects. This can only be done to lighter objects and it requires intense concentration as any application of too much wind can make the task that much harder, or in many cases impossible.

Upper limits of the power include siphoning the air out of others lungs (effectively killing them in theory) and air solidification allowing to fire concussive air blasts. Both of these require delicate control and extreme concentration, however if mastered these allow Isaac to become a devastating and powerful force of nature.

Appearance: Isaac is rather plain meaning does not stand out, a trait he rather enjoys. He stands at about 5"10 with a capable body weighing in at about 160 pounds. He is well proportioned, with a thin yet athletic body though he has long arms. Isaac fancies himself quite physically capable, being an avid swimmer. That being said, he can be quite lazy (or busy), struggling to commit to a regular schedule to go to the gym. Regardless, Isaac stands with confidence though he can shy away from people because of his rather pale complexion.

Looking at his head and face, Isaac carries a young bright expression on his face that can be easily seen due to his fairly long unkempt light brown hair, that barely remains out of his face so he can fully experience the world in front of him. Peering through the brushes of hair, are two bright green eyes that carry innocence and endless optimism. His face is fairly youthful and clean with the sole exception being a dark shadow of facial hair. This is due to Isaac's claims that shaving is an unnecessary chore. Isaac's face is rather well defined, with a prominent forehead, a nose that was likely broken once or twice, and strong jawline. He has a thin mouth that hides a wide, bright smile. He sports a single piercing, a sliver loop on his left ear lobe. This was a spur of the moment activity and he often forgets it is there. That being said, some people stare at it reminding him. It is then he feels a tinge of regret.

Isaac's wardrobe is fairly unoriginal and does anything but make him stand out. To cover his chest, Isaac wears a deep blue T-shirt with abstract white designs to add some character to an otherwise plain shirt. There appears to be no real style or purpose of the designs and are little more than random lines and words to designate the brand of T-shirt. Isaac's choice of pants are of similar plain brand sporting a pair of grey jeans have been picked to dress that particular region, and a plain leather belt keeps them embarrassingly crashing to the floor for whatever reason.

Isaac carries himself with confidence and pride, finding himself rather attractive despite not making a conscious effort to do so. He is usually fairly groomed however. Isaac stands straight, looks forward and lives his life with few regrets.

Personality: Despite looking average and run of the mill, Isaac is quite eccentric. Full of life and energy, Isaac prefers to look at the glass half full. Isaac approaches life with optimism and forward thinking, firmly believing that life can only get better. That being said, he rarely plans anything as he goes with the flow. People often call Isaac being almost too carefree for his own good. Isaac prefers action over debate and as a result is a bit of anarchist, holding many problems and disagreements with the established systems of government. Isaac tries his best to remain calm and collected at all times, only expressing his opinions and desires at best and acting on them in a controlled manner as not upset the status quo. However, he is known to be a ball of pent up emotion and if he loses control he is a juggernaut of passion and desire, and he lets his emotions take over (this is often tied to extreme anger, desire, or sadness so he will act accordingly).

Isaac is considered by many to be a lazy genius. While he is an expert in the world of "street smarts" due to his experience in the real world and down to earth mentality, he fails in the intellectual department having barely passed high school with a C average and refused to attend college. He has conveyed the sense that is fairly lazy in all aspects of life, but he considers this a strength in that he knows to relax and doesn't let stress bother him. That being said, Isaac is confident in his talents and abilities, always approaching new challenges that intrigue him with enthusiasm and desire to succeed. However, if he is uninterested by something he will immediately turn it down in favor of something more...."out there".

Even though Isaac is down to earth, Isaac is spiritually inclined. Not necessarily religious, Isaac follows a very moral lifestyle influenced by a certain TV show (in others My Little Pony. Yeah that's right, Isaac's a brony!). Preaching the importance of being a good person, Isaac has adopted a lifestyle of doing whatever he had to benefit his family, his friends and the world around. While this has made him relatively naive and innocent, Isaac has become an all around joyful person and in his opinion better person because of it. He allows has a belief in the concept of karma, admittedly a very basic belief.

Isaac is an expressive, childish individual and his interactions with others reflects that. Isaac has be known to say things during the spur of the moment, causing his speech feel ranty and unintelligent, giving the impression that he improvises his speech as much as his own actions. Isaac frequently loves to make obscure references and will never shy from making a sarcastic quip. He speaks with a calm, relaxed tone until he feels need to turn up the volume to get a point across, often incorporating body language into the mix. While some consider him immature because of this, he can be serious during times that call for it usually by placing a stern face on and actually thinking about what he is going to say before actually saying it.

His childish energy passes into his interests. Isaac loves art, animation, video games and sports. You may be thinking how that can be bad…well let's just say Isaac takes it to the next level, fancying himself a child at heart. He will proudly proclaim his love for kid's television shows and play video games out of boredom. He is a usual costumer at his local arcade, despite the demographic of teenagers and high school students. Isaac shows little interest in adult hobbies, finding them boring. Instead, he would sooner invest time in other hobbies, producing a person of many talents. Isaac is a skilled athlete, able to play any sport, capable of juggling, skateboarding, yo-yoing, playing guitar and drums, acting, drawing, parkour, etc. This is of course at the cost of not really paying attention in school, giving him limited academic intelligence. Though it should be noted, he often reads the newspaper. He is accepting of others and very tolerant. He makes friends quickly, is fiercely loyal to them and supports them whenever called on. Isaac is generally kindhearted and sociable. Isaac enjoys gatherings and parties.

Overall, Isaac is a man with a good heart that is both adaptable and fun to be around, despite his reckless, childish behavior that leads more harm than good.

History: Isaac came from a run of the mill home in a run of the mill city with run of the mill parents. Born in the suburbs of New Jersey, Isaac grew up the youngest child with an older brother and sister. His parents and siblings were nurturing, giving Isaac a childhood that balanced work, personal responsibilities, social gatherings and all around fun. One could call this sheltering the boy from the pains outside world, likely leading to Isaac's nativity. One could also call this a rather ideal childhood.

Isaac attended school like anyone else, but show little enthusiasm for studying. Instead of spending any time studying or doing his homework, Isaac would spend them investing in other hobbies. There was rarely a day we wasn't planning some activity for his friends, or organizing a party for someone for no reason other than to have one. Early on, Isaac showed a love for experimentation and developing himself and his skills rather than studying high end algebra because some witless math teacher told him to ("When would I use that?"). He did find some enjoyment in school however, favoring English and Art class. It was those classes that piqued Isaac's interest enough for him to bother trying. Regardless, Isaac's obsessions grew exponentially, growing fond of video games, Japanese culture, sports, board games, collecting, etc. It was in this period of elementary and middle school that Isaac found the perfect balance between school and his growing list of hobbies. Despite barely finding time for schoolwork, he squeezed out a B average, surprising his whole family.

As Isaac grew older so did his lack of satisfaction with school. When high school started, Isaac's grades experienced a sharp drop. Clubs, sports teams, new friends, hanging out and parties were all of greater importance than studying and worrying about the next assignment. Freshman year was all about connecting with new people. Sophomore year became about experimenting with new things. Junior year became about finding out who he was. Senior year became about finding out what to do next with his life. Each year, Isaac tried to do something to find his true calling in life and as such his grades experienced a drop accordingly. Of course, his parents grew increasingly concerned as time went on even getting their baby son a tutor in his Junior year to help bring up his struggling grades. He made a promise to maintain a C average if possible. He kept it if only thanks to his As and Bs in art, English and gym class. Meanwhile, Isaac joined multiple school plays, bands, sports teams and clubs, expanding his interests to a very long list. He even obtained some employment, though many of his jobs were short lived because of his limited time and patience for repetition.

Following his graduation, Isaac enrolled in his local community college not for the education but only for the networking opportunities. Graduating two years later with an Associate's Degree, Isaac found himself working as a writer and illustrator of his own comic book (with strong manga influences), working closely with his close friend Ivan. Together, they plan to release the second volume of "Legends of Ethora" in the coming months making the final edits. The first volume was fairly successful, with people eating up the intrigue of the medieval fantasy epic.

His dream is to go to Japan, currently trying to learn Japanese. It is not going well.

He doesn't get along with his sister as well as he would like, probably because he hates her husband. Only guy in the world he does not like.
