yes he does. he has the effort ribbon, but i really don't want a brave shiny dragonite(decreasing speed doesn't help him at all)

any other shinies that are ev trained that you have(with good natures)?

edit: also learned i have a adamant shiny dratini, so i don't need dragonite, and lax doesn't suit aggron for competitive
