5th Gen Zorua minccino mixed pokemon glitch? help please!

The pokemon have been scrambled! I put my zorua in and is asking me what zorua will do and my zoruas health and level but it shows a picture of my minccino. I am very confused. i dont want to do anything, so im just leaving it there. I dont know what caused this glitch... Can anyone help?

Zorua has the ability Illusion, which makes it appear as the last Pokemon your party. Is Minccino in the last slot of your party?

Yeah that's Illusion. It will come as the last Pokémon in party but when hit by any move, it's illusion whores off. Also it doesn't changes is type, it remains Dark.
