5th Gen Zorua - Zoruark / Relocator issue

I've got the Relocator tool to get Zorua / Zoroark (thanks to serebii.net). I have Pokemon HeartGold with the 3 dogs (Suicune, Raikou and Entei) and when I use the relocator it says :"Nothing was found to be transferred".

Anyone have the same issue? Because my dogs hold no item and have no HM moves. They are inside a box (not in my team) and I've tried about 20 times now.

Are they the special release dogs? They have to be the gamestop(for US) or the ones released over wifi to work. just catching them in HGSS won't cut it. My 3 dogs and Celebi transferred over fine.

i would say it sounds like its not the right dogs...are they either win2011 or gamestop ones? because mine all transfered fine.
