Horse flies are the bugs which you'll just find randomly in your house in the middle of the summer right? Like they'll just lay eggs and multiply at a rapid pace?

Please nobody post a picture of a horse fly as I friggin' hate bugs exponentially /:

You're not alone on hating bugs lmao

I think you might be thinking of the common housefly more than the horsefly, but I'm not sure tbh

    Frebreeze, the cure all.

Geez, flies, horse or otherwise. . . I've killed them in pretty much any feasible way you can think of. Burning, freezing, drowning, crushing, chemicals, I even punched one to death straight out of the air once.

I almost feel bad for them.

    but not really shh

My sister used to collect all the flies in our house and put them in a jar. When the number got big enough, those who hadn't died would be frozen to death in the freezer. She'd let the lid off and close the door real fast, so the ones that flew out would freeze faster. :3

Horse flies are abominable. The one I kilt doesn't even look like anything recognizable at this point, since his exoskeleton kind of got liquified and it's in a molten mess. >_>

I just asked my parents and did a little research on it and what I was actually thinking about was Indianmeal moths, or "pantry moths." Essentially sometimes these waxworms are found in grain products like bread and cereal and can hatch in your pantries, causing all of these bugs to fly around your house. I had that happen in my house a few years ago, it's a really nasty situation.

I've actually never even been bitten by a horse fly before. :I
Lucky me, I guess, because it's not like there's been a shortage of them in some of the places I've lived. xD

Never had to deal with waxworms, luckily.

Honestly, I don't too much mind bugs. In fact, I really like Bees.
However, I hate mosquitoes. Like, with the passion of a thousand burning suns.

Oh my God I just realized the correlation I made. My sister kept a Jar of Flies, which is one of the old albums of Alice in Chains. Holy crap! XD

That's so cool. I never thought of that until now. *royal facepalm*

I hate worms period. The worms that you get from Africa and southeast Asia that eat into your brain make me cringe. Not my head, anything but that! D:

Horsefly bites hurt :( they suck your blood, too. Or maybe that's deerflies? Maybe both lol

    They both hurt!

Everything else is OK :) Worms freak me out if they're big, though. I came across a 40cm-long worm in my garden once. It was so disgusting :(

Worms are pretty scary. Every time I find myself running into one, I immediately look away and pretend that it's never existed, haha.

    Spoiler:

The things that really freak me out are guinea worms. And spiders. Did I ever say I have arachnophobia? Well now you know.

Oddly enough I don't mind spiders as much as other bugs. Maybe they're not so… foreign to me? IDK :<

Also, I just found out that light functions between 430 and 750 THz, which reminded me of something. What if wires and processors get so fast that they glow with color when being used? That would be absolutely amazing! :D

I...I honestly thought that the worms in that photo were cute. x:
    I don't understand why people don't like them. They're like little, non-snake snakes. <3

I literally stared at this post for a minute contemplating whether or not I should open the spoiler.

    I did.

I hate you for scarring me.
