This is a pretty solid deck IMO I think running 20 pokemon is good I my self run 20 pokemon in my decks and it seems to work fine with me. The changes that I would make for this deck is I would bump Krookodile to 2 and cut the Espeon out and add some Dark Patches and that's it.

Okay first props for having Kyurem in your Water deck lol but I think that you might need to "Water" down your deck a little and stick with just the Water-Type pokemon IMO.

I'm referring to the Sableye from Dark Explorers which can help you with some recovery with your item cards and yes Durant that as the attack Devour which can be a big problem. To help u let me put this way if u do get lucky and draw all four of your Durants place one as your active pokemon...

No one mention Skarmory, I think Skarmory should get an evolution or a pre-evolution that would be totally kickass IMO.

My pick is Giovanni cause not only he is the boss of Team Rocket but he as awesome Pokemon too.

I know they are I only ment other basic Pokemon that they should put in instead of all EXs.

If pokemon where real it could be cool and all but I think a lot of people would be in fear, I mean come on you would just barely step out of your house and bam there is a 8ft tall centipede in your face lol.

My advice is take some Exs out and settle with only 2 Ex pokemon such as Groudon for example and put some more basics in the deck instead, cause running to many Exs can be bad IMO due to the fact if u play against a faster deck they are going to breeze throught your Exs and u r going to lose...
