I adore the original series and Johto Journeys, since those are the two I've seen the most episodes of. I stopped following the anime after Diamond and Pearl or so. I attempted to watch Best Wishes, but I really didn't enjoy it all that much. Since then I've taken to rewatching the older stuff...

I mostly enjoy playing on my own if it's a game that I have a lot of experience with, just so I don't get slowed down. I do love a bunch of multiplayer games though, and I think it's a lot of fun to play with others.

I think my favorites are rather shallow. Mostly I'm in it for the holiday break and the fact that I can wear comfy sweaters without being regarded as a loon by my own parents (it's abnormal to wear sweaters and jackets and the like in warm weather apparently). I wanted a 3DS so I could finally play all the recent games that I've been wanting to play, mainly X and Y, and I know for sure that I'm getting one so I'm really excited about that!

I loved the Team Magma/Aqua battle theme, as well as the rival battle theme. Some of the towns'/cities' music is memorable too, especially Slateport and Verdanturf. RSE is definitely my favorite when it comes to good tunes.

Usually I worry about catching the members of my team first, but recently I've found a lot of enjoyment in going back and picking up as many Pokemon as I can, especially in areas like the Safari Zone or even the bug-catching contest. I've never really set my mind to truly completing the Pokedex...

I definitely agree with the "boys will be boys" saying. I think I lose it a little when I hear "that's so gay!", "no homo", or any saying that involves using slurs in a negative connotation. Honestly, some of those words hurt people, and it's more than a little crude to be throwing them around...
