to make IPS get a Snestool, (i've got it on my server, but i can't post url's :/) add it to a directory with a hack and also copy clear rom to that directory. Open Snestool and click on "Create IPS". Now Select on a left screen an unchanged rom and after that changed rom and ips will be created...
