I loved this event. It was a great way to celebrate Halloween, and it helped me catch and evolve Pokemon that I needed. Also, the buddy system working 4 times faster was a big help as well.

I admit that I am disappointed in Alolan Persian. The original Persian is so elegant and majestic looking. And then the Alola form... doesn't do it justice. It looks very silly; I can't take it seriously.

They better keep the National Dex! Filling up my dex is my favorite thing to do in Pokemon. It is the whole reason why I play. I agree with what the others said. Alola forms vs. regular forms will have their form entry, but not a new dex number.

I am super happy that HM's are gone. They were always annoying and pointless. They honestly don't make any sense. As for bikes... I would be sad if they are gone. I don't always use bikes, but they are handy. Will I be able to ride my Pokemon instead D:?

Considering all of the new features they have added, the larger size of the game doesn't surprise me. I always get a physical copy (it's tradition!) so I doesn't really affect me anyway.

The Pokemon series has used the same formula for literally 20 years... I think it is healthy for the game to get an overhaul. Making changes isn't going to kill Pokemon... it's actually going to help keep it alive.
