As long as it's on VBA, it's easy: just go to the Options tab, then Gameboy, then Colors... then just change the colours. You can change the colours differently for the backgrounds and the sprites.

Ah, sweet. However... due to my tendency to forget to save, and the suckiness of my laptop... Riiiight as I finished up in the SS Anne, I kinda got a Blue Screen of Death -.- Typing this on my friend's computer. Until it gets fixed, there'll be no updates, unless I start yet ANOTHER Monotype.
