is it possible without a gameshark to bread a Meditite that knows fire, ice and thunder punch. The nintendo guide that i have says it can learn those attacks, but there are no pokemon that can learn these moves by leveling up that can bread with it or at least without the old pokes.

If your mudkip evolved into a Mashtomp, then you'll have a doubleweakness to grass types. teach mashtomp or mudkip TM 13 (ice beam). Ice beam can be found on the abandoned ship in between Dewford and slateport. or you can buy it inthe Maulville cassino.
What does "psycho boost" and "Dooms Desire" do? Just wondering. and are these codes usable on the gba. i've used codes like these that didn't work at all.
aren't those codes only usable for roms? cause i used similar codes on my gba
I thought that those codes only worked for the roms. I used simaler codes for my gba that didn't work. so can you give me any codes that you know of that will work for the gba.
