How about someone makes you the script and you add all the information yourself? I don't think anyone would wanna add all the info themselves.

Use sphere. :) It's free, it uses a form of JS and once you get the hang out it it's easy to use.

I've seen a lot of old threads getting revived these days and I was thinking what if there was someway that a script can check how old the last post was in a thread and if its over a month it wouldn't allow anyone to make a post. I Think it would stop a lot of the useless posting in old threads.

Well you're making this available to people so you should also include the owners names. Then I find this worthless then, no offense, because I don't want to search myself when I'm making my game. You're offering them so you should include the owners as well.
