Time for an update!

- Cleared TR out of their Celadon City Hideout
- Defeated Giovanni
- Obtained the Silph Scope
- Headed through Saffron City
- Obtained Psychic
- Reached Lavender Town
- Defeated Green in Pokemon Tower
- Pikachu evolved into Raichu
- Cleared TR out of Pokemon Tower
- Saved Mr. Fuji
- Obtained the Poke Flute

Next time: a couple of BIG captures!

 

[Trainer Marsh]

I won't go over every detail, but for a summary:
Started with Bulbasaur(LeafGreen)
Captured Rattata and Pidgey
Captured a Weedle
By the time I went to Mt. Moon...

Seven hours later, I'm on the S.S. Anne and just got HM01.

Ivysaur- Lvl 31
I use him as my main battle tank. On a more RP level, I like to imagine that it is quite friendly but somewhat...stupid.

His best moment so far was in the first gym battle where, as a challange, I hadn't been to the PokeCenter beforehand. With Rattata, Pidgey, and Beedrill KOed and no Vine Whip, he managed to win the fight. He collapses afterwards.

Beedrill- Lvl. 25
Just like the others, he is often used as a specialist. RP wise, I like to imagine that he stays out of the Pokeball and roves ahead of us.

He rolled by five trainers with no help in a matter of moments.

Pidgeotto- Lvl. 25
Used in special scenarios and as my third-in-command. She doesn't like me.

He is the bane of my rival's existence.

Pikachu- Lvl. 25
Is actually one of the most dependable fighters I have. Causes trouble and once threw all my food into a nearby river for the fun of it.

He has taken out every other electric type I've faced as a test of courage.

Gyarados- Lvl. 25
A tough son of a gun, well balanced and tough as nails. He likes to terrify my character every once in a while, but still follows his orders.

No special moments thusfar.

Where is my 6th? Rattata, but not for long. I have decided to get a Diglett and train that.

All of my Pokemon are currently at levels 39-41, and we just got through all of the Sootopolis Gym trainers. Working my way up to Juan, now >D

I wanna share my story about my Shiny Electrode I caught about two weeks ago!
Ok, so I had just caught a Shuppet, and was going to teach it Thunderbolt so I could train it on Swimmers down by Dewford and Slateport. I didn't want to sell a bazillion things just to get $80k for the Game Corner, so I went to New Mauvile. Well, while I was there, I decided "Why not train Graveler while I'm here?" due to it being the lowest level Pokemon I had at the time (26). So, I switch her to the first slot, and began to train. Well, after she got to level 34 from some intense grinding, I go to the last room in the New Mauvile to switch of the generator. The panel RIGHT in front of the switch, a Pokemon appears. Beyond my belief, it was the first shiny Pokemon I found in the 3rd gen in years, a Blue Voltorb. That Voltorb is now an Electrode at the main Pokemon in my team. It alone swept Glacia, Sidney, and Wallace of the E4, and plays a big role in the Frontier.

...oh, I almost forgot; I caught a Chansey today (finally). That was pretty much my highlight of the day. =P

On Sapphire:- I've been really enjoying my first ever playthrough of Sapphire. I've currently got 3 badges and am levelling my team up to around level 30 before taking on Flannery with her fire-type team. I've just hatched out the Wynaut egg (I forgot how cute his R/S sprite is!) and he is equipped with a Nugget ready to Palpark when I've found some more to fill my Diamond pokédex.

Beat Lt. Surge. I defeated him and all of his trainers with, at most, two attacks. Stopped Ivysaur from evolving at lvl 32 and am heading east from Cerulean City.

I restarted my Emerald and chose Mudkip. I caught a Ralts and Tailow, which are now a Gardervoir and Swellow respectively. Also caught a Minun to use as my Electric-type. Plus, I nabbed a female Swablu, which is now Altaria. I'm now surfing to Mossdeep City for Badge Number 7.

- Gave Celio's friend the Meteorite
- Headed back to One Island
- Met up with Bill and Celio
- Headed back to Cinnabar Island with Bill
- Parted ways with Bill
- Flew up to Viridian City

Today, i started LeafGreen, with the monotype bug challenge- IMMEDIATELY regretting it. Not even battled my Rival (Fire) on route 22, and i've been playing for 1 hour 49 minutes, and i'm struggling to evolve metapod, and getting Kakuna to level 9 is even harder... But regardless, i'm determined to keep this up.

Spent most of my time trying to find a Ralts.

Ruby:
Got my stater Torchic.
Took me awhile to find a Wingull.
Now I am trying to find a Ralts.

LeafGreen:
Got my starter Bulbasaur
Getting ready to kick Gary's butt a second time on Route 22. (West of Viridian).

FireRed:
Got my starter Charmander
Getting ready to kick Gary's butt a second time on Route 22 as well.

Emerald:
Will start it up after my hour on Pearl.

- Went in search of a Scyther and Dratini in the Safari Zone
- Caught a Venonat
- Went back to the Safari Zone, in search of Scyther and Dratini
- Caught a Psyduck
- Caught a Dratini
- Flew to Viridian City
- Defeated Green

"A big failure... Sapphire Journey..."

It's a great winning streak for my level 100 Swampert, Tropius and Raichu... 62 wins... 62!
Now: Battle 63... Remember 62 Wins, 0 Lose. Enemy Line-Up:

*Crobat
*Milotic
*Wailord

Tough battle between Crobat and Swampert... Mud Shots do not affect Crobat... My Swampert's Surf haven't got PP anymore, and i can barely use Protect. So, Take Down is the only choice... Well, 7 Take Downs, Leftovers and a bunch of "belief" did my Job... Well, Crobat fainted! And so is Swampert! The last Recoil did it al... :(

2nd Battle: Milotic and Tropius... For a first thought, Tropius can easily defeat Milotic with a Sunny Day and continuous Solar Beams. It did the Trick, but those Blizzards had perfect accuracies - 4 hit it's mark and left Tropius with a low amount of HP... Well, at least it succeeded... :)

For the 63rd win! Tropius VS Wailord. Haha. Sucks for me, one hit of Surf made my Tropius faint... We dont have a choice anymore! Release Raichu! No second thoughts! It can defeat that lousy old Wailord! haha! A solid Thunder hit, and Wailord had it's HP reduced by 1/4 (HP remaining 3/4)

"You're dead" , as my mind wanders with the defeat of Wailord... :) 63rd Win! :) What??? Why The sudden stop of applause? Then i realized my Raichu fainted! In a blink of an eye! What an earthquake done by Wailord! Critical Hit! Is Karma running? :)

*sigh* The Sailor (trainer) was happy when i was kicked out of the Battle Tower... Well, best try = 63 wins! :) Good Job Swampert, Tropius and Raichu! :)

[Swift!]

I recently defeated the Elite 4 and Green with my awesome team of Blastoise, Raichu, Vileplume, Golbat, Arcanine and Rhydon. Each of them played their part and helped me dearly, but it was Raichu that dominated the league. He gained three levels while he was there and took down Lance's Dragonite with a well placed Thunderbolt.

After being inducted into the Hall of Fame, I headed back home to Pallet Town... only to run itno Prof. Oak. He took a look at my Pokedex and told me that I should probably try to catch more Pokemon before coming to see him again. This set something off inside of me...

I had travelled all over Kanto and three of the Sevii Islands with my cherished team that won me the title of Pokemon Champion. But, something felt... unfinished. Prof. Oak's words made me think that I wasn't done here, it was time for a new adventure!

Saying goodbye to my mother, again, I set off to Viridian City. I deposited my amazing team of Pokemon and took out one that I had caught early on in my journey, but hadn't seen much action. So, now I'm ready for my new journey, a quest to capture as many different Pokemon as I can. Just me and my trusted Clefairy.
