Is it weird that whenever I have an alarm set for a certain time for longer than a week, I start to wake up ~10 minutes before the alarm goes off? Like, I've had my alarm set for 10:30 AM for the past week and a half, and the past few days I've started waking up at like 10:20 AM exactly.

It's not that weird actually. Your body is just used to waking up that time, and sometimes you will wake up a bit earlier. If it's exactly 10 minutes each time then that's weird I suppose.
