As far as I'm concerned (which I stated earlier) either the one who "invented" the enemy (here being Ash_Ketchum) or the one who defeated it (here, Raikiri apparently) should get the shard. Unless they give it away or something (as if). As long as Ash_Ketchum is ok with this outcome, I'm ok with it. Maybe this could be one lesson for Tei? :3
