    252 ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
    - Fire Fang / Fire Blast
    - Dragon Claw / Stone Edge / Crunch
    - Outrage
    - Earthquake

first of all is wobbeffet an uber and whats a good moveset for him

Jolly 252 SPEED, Switch in on Stealth Rock or some other dum move and Safeguard to protect from status and Encore =D. Remove all their non-attack move pp and force them to either struggle or attack and you counter/ mirror coat them to death.

    Set is

    Wobuffet@Leftovers
    252 DEF / 252 SPEED / 6 sp.def
    Jolly Nature
    - Safeguard
    - Encore
    - Counter
    - Mirror Coat

You can put the def evs in Hp aswell or sp.def if you wish, depending on which sort of hits you want it to take.

Next, this is your Standard set.

    Wobbuffet@leftovers
    252 DEF / 252 SP.DEF / 6 HP
    Bold Nature
    - Encore
    - mirror Coat
    - Counter
    - Safeguard / Charm

    And lastly, evil set

    Wobbuffet@leftovers
    252 DEF / 252 SP.DEF / 6 HP
    Bold Nature
    - Tickle
    - Counter
    - mirror Coat
    - Encore

Best way to abuse this abusive set is to use it in conjunction with a Powerful CB Pursuit user such as T-Tar or Weavile, or even Scizor. Encore something stupid and Tickle, so they get -6 att and - 6 def, switch in your CBander and Pursuit them as they switch.

Bear in mind, a -6 def Pursuit basically ohko's Skarmory =X, scary huh ?

Please dont use this blue blob against me.......EVER >=[. Seriously, dont.

  • Can somebody provide sets that are generally useful for the 3 Deoxys forms? Me and my bro just got back from Gamestop and were wondering what could be some decent sets for each form. I checked Smogon but I don't know which sets to go with. Attack Form I'd prolly go with the first set they list but I'm not sure about Defense Form or Speed Form. Advice?

  • Actually Smogon has the best sets =P It all depends on your team, but keep in mind only the Speed form is allowed in normal play, the Attack, Defense and Normal forms are banned from normal play, but they are still allowed to compete in Ubers i.e. with everything allowed, so the sets are tailored for the Ubers metagame, with Thunder because of Rain from Kyogre, Shadow Ball for Mewtwo and Lugia and stuff.

I prefer to run more Speed EVs (148 if I remember correctly) to outspeed Scarfed +nature base 95s on Deoxys-Speed, but you should adjust the speed according to your needs. Don't use the Cosmic Wall, it can't do anything honestly ~_~

I got a nice Deoxys-S set that functions like Counterstar(Starmie) countering Garchomp, Gyarados and Mixape as well as not dying to sweeper Gyarados due to its immense speed (Starmie would fall in one hit from Bite as it is outspeeded.

    Deoxys-S @ Leftovers
    Timid, 252 HP/188 SpA/76 Spe

    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Psychic
    Recover

The main problem with this set is that it is weak to Pursuit especially from stuff like Tyranitar, which would not normally switch into it due to Superpower. Anyway I recommend you to stick to the Life Orb Deoxys-S set (the first one) as it is probably the best revenge-killer.

Deoxys-D IMO needs Spikes/SR to not be outclassed by a lot of stuff in general as 50/160/160 defenses aren't that impressive in comparison to Lugia.

    Modest / Timid Nature
    - Icy Wind
    - psychic
    - Hidden power Fighting
    - Dark pulse

Alternately, you can go life orb and put Nasty Plot >> Icy Wind.

    Yes, Jumpluff is evil =[

    Jumpluff@Leftovers
    188 Def / 68 Sp.D / 252 Speed
    Jolly Nature
    - Encore
    - Substitute
    - leech Seed
    - Sleep powder

Sub seeds everything to death. Funny when you switch in Earthquakes and Encore them. Same when you set a sub up on status moves and Encore them too XDD

  • Flygon@Choice Band *I'm just as good as the other dragons >.>*
    Jolly/Adamant
    252atk/252spd/6HP

    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    U-Turn/Stone Edge
    U-Turn/Fire Blast

It you opt for Fire Blast, go Lonely or Hasty, or even Naughty/Naive. You can also use Choice Scarf. At that point, make it a lead and give it U-Turn for sure. Use Adamant, Lonely, or Naughty at that point.

That's the only one I can name off the bat. Someone will post some sets here later, at least I'm pretty sure.

  • Could I get some movesets for Slowking, Scizor, Kabutops and Mr. Mime?

Hmmm, let me see. Okay, I've got one for Scizor. Not sure how good it is but meh... could work.

    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Adamant <100HP/252ATK/156Speed>
    Agility
    Iron Head
    X-Scissor
    Brick Break
This is the set that I was using at one stage. For EV's you could use 108HP/252ATK/148Speed but I prefer the extra Speed EV's. This set would use Swarm as ability.

Alternatively you could use this set:
    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Adamant <232HP/252ATK/26Def>
    Swords Dance
    Quick Attack
    Roost
    X-Scissor/Brick Break
You need Technician on this guy to give Quick Attack that extra BP boost. 60 BP over the original 40 isn't shabby eh? These are the best sweeper sets. Then again there are Choice Scarf and Choice Band sets but they're for late sweeping and I've never liked Scizor as a late sweeper. If you'd like to know the other sets, here they are.

    Scarfzor @ Choice Scarf
    Adamant <
    28HP/252Atk/228Speed>
    U-Turn
    Iron Head
    Pursuit/Night Slash
    Brick Break/Aerial Ace
If you're using Night Slash and Brick Break then Swarm is the preffered ability but if you're using either Aerial Ace or Pursuit then Technician would work best on this guy.

    Bandzor @ Choice Band
    Adamant <4HP/252ATK/252Speed>
    U-Turn/X-Scissor
    Iron Head
    Pursuit
    Brick Break/Quick Attack
Once again, Swarm for the more powerful moves, Technician for the likes of Quick Attack and Pursuit.

You will get a usuable (Sp)Atk after a few curses/CMs, so better to work on sturdiness. -Spd Natures can make him the fastest thing in Trick Room.

  • I think my last post was a little too vague. Here's what I'm thinking now for my Blue Version Team:

    Charizard:
    Fire Spin
    Slash
    Earthquake
    Flamethrower

    Victreebel:
    Wrap
    Stun Spore
    Poison Powder/Sleep Powder
    Razor Leaf

As for others I'm thinking either Persian or Snorlax, maybe Chansey if I can catch and train one in time for a normal or tank. Other suggestions I've gotten are Lapras, Starmie, Golem, Alakazam, Dugtrio, Jolteon, Electabuzz, etc. I'm still looking for more input though, what do you guys think?

  • You can always check out Smogon's RBY Tier List for ideas on sets and such.

Speaking from experience, Persian with Slash is a critical hit monster. Golem and Rhydon are both powerful walls, and Chansey is a montrous Special wall, and since SDef and SAtk are one and the same in RBY, she's also a good Special attacker. And Starmie and Alakazam are monstrous special sweepers.

  • The worst part about countering Mence is not knowing what set they have.

Once you know, it's a tad easier.
I'm not countering it...I'm wanted the set that's the hardest to counter to use.

Also, I'd like to know what one out of the bulkygyara or the DDgyara is harder to counter....

  • For Salamence, a lack of CBMence is a major surprise for everything, so I actually suggest that since they think "LOLSPECSMENCE GO BLISSEY!". It cries as about 2/3rd of its health is shaved away if you picked Dragon Claw. Then, they gotta send in their physical wall to take a hit as well (or a Steel type if you picked Dragon Claw). Therefore, my answer is Choice Band Salamence. Dragon Claw/Earthquake/Stone Edge/Flamethrower (for downing Skarm/Forretress)

For Gyarados, there are mixed feelings. Bulky Gyarados is easier to counter due to lower speed, but it can switch in and even counter things itself. The DD Sweeper is harder to counter, but you can't get it in very well due to less bulk.
