THE OFFICIAL NUZLOCKE CHALLENGE THREAD

Ok I will be starting a Nuzlocke challenge on Crystal.

I will be using rules 1, 3-7 (might make a comic or two if I'm up for it)
-Except in the beginning of the game before you can get pokeballs, I am not counting those pokemon so I will catch a pokemon in those routes once I get pokeballs

First Update!

-Choose Cyndaquil, named Apollo.
-Went to Mr. Pokemon, Got the Egg and a Pokedex.
-Fought ???
-Told the police about ??? and got some pokeballs.
-Caught a Ratatta on Route 29, named Aphrodite.
-Caught a Geodude on Route 46, named Demeter.
-Grinded all pokes to level 10.
-Encountered a Hoothoot on route 30, all 3 of my pokeballs failed to catch it.
-Encountered another Geodude in Dark Cave, killed it because I forgot to buy pokeballs.
-Encountered another Rattata in Bellsprout Tower, nick named Tatter Tot, boxed him.
-Beat the elder, no one on my team can learn flash yet.
-Encountered a Bellsprout on route 36, killed it.
-Encountered Unown in Ruins of Alph, killed it.
-Defeated Faulkner, Demeter swept with rock throw, taught mud-slap to Demeter.
-Got my Togepi egg, hatched it, nick named Over Easy.
-While grinding Over Easy, Apollo evolved into a Quilava.
-Encountered Ekans on route 32, killed it because my pokemon are over leveled lol.
-Encountered Sandshrew in Union Cave, caught it and nicknamed Ceasar.
-Got TM 39 Swift, taught to Over Easy.
-Encountered a Spearow on route 33, killed it without thinking while grinding Ceasar.
-Encountered a Zubat in Slowpoke Well, caught and nick named Count, put in box.
-Forgot about ??? challenging you when you went to the left side of Azalea, luckily I was able to take him down without any casualties.
-Healed and went to the gym, Scyther got a crit on Apollo that brought him down to 8 hp, but victory was mine with no losses.
-Encountered Pidgey in Ilex Forest, caught and nick named Wagon, put into box.
-Encountered a Snubbull on route 34, caught and nick named Ms Cuddles, put into box.
-Left Ceasar with the Day Care, obtained Odd Egg (first encounter on this route)
-Hatched the Odd Egg, contained Elekid, nick named Buzzsaw, left at Daycare, took back Ceasar.
-Beat Whitney with no major problems, when back to New Bark to tell Prof Elm about the egg.
-Got back to daycare and Buzzsaw had gained 6 levels.
-Decided to put Demeter into the box.
-Nearly had a fatal incident with a fire breather with 2 Magmars, was able to live through it.
-Encountered a Growlithe on route 35, it roared away :(
-Encountered a Nidoran Male in National Park, caught and nick named Liger Zero, put into box.
-Aphrodite evolved into Raticate!
-Defeated Sudowoodo.
-Encountered Ledian on route 37, caught and nick named Lillian, put into box.
-Encountered Rattata in Mt. Mortar, killed it.
-Fished with Old Rod in Ecruteak City, caught it and nick named Kimmy.
-Grinded Kimmy to level 20.
-Encountered Rattata in Burned Tower, killed it.

Nearly lost my Blaze (Charmeleon) in celurean against my rival water.survived just beat misty with a level 17 Synthesis (Oddish) running out of metal claws. Anyone know where a nearby ether or elixer is after underground?

I'm not sure where to find one, but I do suggest that you conserve any PP restoring items you have, for the Pokemon League, as they are limited in quanity.

Update numero four, a story of power, truth, and love.

Gameplay

Okay, the title thing was just a joke. 'Cept the power. I like power =D
And speaking of power, I had just grinded my team of personal badass' (is that how you do it? I hope it is) to level 36 (okay, one of them, the rest were at level 35) so I could whoop Flannery into tommorow!

Not made easier by two of my four mon's having weaknesses to fire (Tasmond and Rodeo) one of my mon's being fire (Teshiz) and my only water mon not knowing any water moves (I'm looking at you, Hypothermo!)

So naturally and entered the gym and sikked my beautifly on them, and got up to Flannery with ease, OKOing her first 2 mon's with Hypothermo before dragon raging the hell out of her torkoal, and finding it very easy.

After I got the badge and bolted the hell out of there I was attacked by a stalker I bumped into Brendan, who bribed me to go into a desert with a pair of goggles. I of course ran off into the desert, desperate for a new team mate. And procceeded to bump into a bloody sandshrew. I caught him, nicknamed him Slayzel, and gained him a couple of levels before realizing how crap he was, and depositting him in the pc.

Hoping for some better luck, I went into Mirage Tower and bumped into a trapinch. It was female. Finally. I caught her and nicknamed her Leisa, before giving her an exp share and sitting back, enjoying the music as I finally made my way up to the top of the tower, and chose the anorith fossil. Feel the burn, lileep!

Leisa was about lv 30 now, so I made my way back to Rustboro, where I got my Anorith (female, Klaze... Adamant nature! *starts partying*) then made my way back to the desert and hamming her up to lv 36 with the rest of my mons.

I then had a hard desision to make, one which would either make, or break, the team. Rodeo. For those who don't know, he's the Beautifly. I wouldn't normally worry so much about having a com mon, but this was nuzlocke, and I had grown quite attached to him. But with bad stats and a shallow movepool, I realised he would never stand a chance in the elite four. So I deposited my second teamate in the daycare, where he could at least gain some levels.

After grinding Klaze up to level 36, I went to take on one of my more dreaded challenges, Norman. I don't find him to hard himself, exept for that b!tch of a slaking, but his gym trainers give the the heebie jeebies, and a lot of exp.

I was happily wiping them with Hypothermo, but then, disaster.I almost OKOed a vigoroth, and it used COUNTER. I saw Hypothermo's hp drop. Green. Orange. Red. Still dropping. 2 hp... 1 hp... It stopped. I instantly swapped to Tasmond who mach punched the bugger.

After some healing and battling, I was up to face Norman, my team all a proud lv 37. I'm normally not with high leveled when I battle him, but I needed it now. I wiped three of his mon's with Teshiz, but when he swapped to Slaking I felt like giving him some punishment. So I used Klaze. Here's how the battle went.

Ok Update #2, I meant to put this here last night but forgot before I went to bed.

-Took out Liger Zero the Nidoran male from the box.
-Grinded him to 16 when he evolved to Nidorino, then to 23 to be on par with the rest of the party.
-Decided to grind all pokes to 30 before taking on Chuck. During grinding, Kimmy evolved to Poliwhirl, Over Easy evolved to Togetic, and Buzzsaw evolved into Electabuzz.
-Went up the lighthouse to talk to Jasmine
-Encountered Krabby via Rock Smash on Route 40, caught and nick named Vice.
-Encountered Tentacool via Surf in Olivine City, caught and nick named Twizzler
-Encountered Tentacool via Surf on Route 41, killed.
-Went north and saw Suicune in Cianwood City, fought Eusine.
-Encountered Corsola via Good Rod in Cianwood City, caught and nick named Corazy.
-Realized I forgot to get strength, so I went back to Olivine to get it.
-Defeated Chuck easily with Buzzsaw's thunderpunch.

Ok Update #3:

Spoiler:

-Decided to go down Route 45, encountered a Skarmory, caught and nick named Razor Wing
-Encountered a Ponyta on Route 27, caught and nick named Blitzkrieg.
-Encountered Rhyhorn in Victory Road, caught and nick named Ceratops.
-Fought my Rival ??? at the end of Victory Road, he started with Sneasel so I sent out Apollo, when he switched to Feraligatr I switched to Buzzsaw, and swept the rest of his team.
-Before taking on the E4 I decided to grind everyone all the way to 50 >.<
-First up, will, Over Easy swept both Xatu's, Jynx, and Slowbro with Shadow Ball, killed Exeggutor with Fly.
-Second was Koga, first Apollo OHKO'd Ariados and Forretress, then Muk poisoned him, after healing the poison and his health Apollo was able to get off two fire wheels for the KO. Next was Krobat, who took three fire wheels and a hyper potion to take down, and finally Venemoth fell to one fire wheel.
-Third was Bruno, I sent out Apollo but then Hitmontop used Dig, so I switched into Over Easy to avoid it, one Return took down Hitmontop, then he sent out Onix so I responded by sending out Kimmy, who took down Onix with one surf, Hitmonchan was next and he surprised me with a thunderpunch! Kimmy survived and took it down with two surfs, but the Hitmonlee came so I switched into Apollo, who took Hitmonlee down with two flame wheels, and then Machamp came out and I switched to Buzzsaw who took Machamp down with a single Thunderbolt.
-Then came Karen, I started with Aphrodite, and took down Umbreon with a two Hyper fangs, next came Vileplume who fell to three icy winds, and next was Gengar who put a curse and poisoned Aphrodite, so I switched to Over Easy, immediately she used Destiny Bond, so I switched again to Buzzsaw, but again she used Destiny Bond, so I switched once more to Apollo, and finished off Gengar with a flame wheel, next was Murkrow who fell to two flame wheels, and then Houndoom who fell to two strengths.
-Finally, it was Lance's turn to get owned. I started with Buzzsaw and Gyarados fell to one thunderbolt. I then used Ice punch and OHKO'd the first two Dragonites, the last one however survived and got a critical Outrage, Buzzsaw just barely survived long enough to take down the Dragonite, he sent out Charizard so next I sent out Kimmy who did a surf waterfall combo to take down both Charizard and Aerodactyl, and my fight was over. I had become the new Champion!
-Prof. Elm called me and gave me a ticket to the S.S. Aqua, I decided I should go to Kanto and show all those gym leaders how much better I am then them.
-I got on the boat and was using Taragon to beat up all the other trainer's pokemon, and then I found this old guys granddaughter annoying the captain so I brought her back to her grandpa, then the ship had arrived in Vermillion City, so I went to the gym to beat up all the trainers and Lt. Surge with Taragon.
-I fought some more trainers to the North of Vermillion and Taragon grew to level 55, and evolved to a Dragonite! (Unlike Lance, I don't put my pokemon in Team Rocket radio waves to have them evolve at a lower level)
-Made my way to Saffron City, got a Psychic TM the I taught to Over Easy, and after finally getting to Sabrina, I fought and defeated her, though she did leave both Kimmy and Aphrodite in red health.
-After defeating Sabrina, I walked over to Celadon and decided to defeat Erika and her gym. I swept all the trainers with Aphrodite's Icy Wind and Kimmy's Ice punch, and all of Erika's pokemon went down to Kimmy's Ice Punch in either one or two hits.
-Then I traveled down Cycling Road and went to Fuschia, where I beat Janine the same way I beat her father, Buzzsaw and his punches. Then I was done for today so I decided to save.

Gameplay

After mauling Norman with Sky uppercut, I was kidnapped by Wally's parents who bribed me with HM surf. I took it gleefully. I wan't sure whether to teach it to Quaker, my HM slave or Hypothermo, my Gyarados. I suppose I'm gonna have to teach her dive/waterfall if I can't find another decent underwater HM slave, so Quaker it was.

I ran off to Mauville, where Watson jumped me and blabbed to me about New Mauville. So I happily surfed off there, killing some tentecools on the way. I got to NM, ran in and the first pokemon I bumped into was a voltorb. I didn't really want one on my team, so I killed it :3

I grinded my team up a little bit before turning off the generator and leaving, taking thunderbolt on the way. Unfortunatly the only team member of my which could learn it was Hypothermo, and with a spAttack stat like that there's no chance I'm teaching it to her.

Heading right into route 118 I surfed across the water and landed on the other side, getting a good rod for all my effort. Steven then appeared out of nowhere, talked to me about random stuff then disappeared again. The first mon I bumped into on this route was a zigzagoon, which I caught. I really don't know why, though.

I kept on heading right until I reached the berry master's house, which I naturally raided, not planting a single thing in return, then I turned around and headed of to route 119.

Here I got quite lucky, the first mon I bumped into was a tropius! I caught him and called him Troco, before going to the weather institute. Healing up on the bed I waltzed through, wiping Team Aqua with Klaze. After I chased them out, they gave me a castform, but I had already got a pokemon from this route so I'm not going to use her at all in the challenge. I probably wouldn't use her anyway, but...

I continued my way to Fortree, my rival jumping me again. After Teshiz granted me several swift OKO's, he had a hissy fit and gave me HM fly. After he bolted Scott came down and told me about his hissy fit, before praising my epicness. I didn't blame him, I was praising me epicness to.

I arrived at Fortree city, healing up and then leaving Fortree city, because after 700 times playing through it I knew there's a kecleon blocking the way. I went down route 120, catching a mightyena on the way (I called him Yashock, a potential team member maybe?) then meeting Steven again. He gave me a devon scope (why does everyone keep on giving me gifts? Seriously, isn't a whole bunch of adults stalking/giving random stuff to a ten year old really weird?) and told me to kill a kecleon. Long story short, I killed it.

I then did some killer grinding, my team was at lv 42 exept for Leisa, who I grinded to lv 45 so she could evolve. Klaze also evolved in that time, and I ended up with one wicked Amarldo with a beneficial nature.

Fortree was a breeze, even Tasmond and Teshiz did decently in it. After wiping Winona with Klaze I had 6 badges to my name. I was going well so far, but I wanted to complete my team, and complete it soon. I skimmed through route 120, rounding of my team to lv 45, and heading into route 121.

The first mon was a shuppet, who I caught and nicknamed Nazwick. I ran of to Lilycove to check him out, but his nature... Let's say I have my limits. I went to the concert hall and mixed up some pokeblocks, and then it occured to me. Why don't I get a mon in the safari zone?

I ran of there and payed my fee, but I wasn't going to wander around aimlessly. I headed of to the area where I knew I could get phanpys, rhydons and heracross', but I realised I didn't have the right bike. I was heading out, but I accidentally ran through some grass, and in the com mon zone too! If I was very lucky, it would be a girafarig... It was a natu? Why not use him as my final member?

After gaining him a level and evolving him, I had assembled my team!

Finished the Challenge! Final Update!

So I don't really like the Kanto part of this game so I decided to basically speed through the entire game.

So after Fuschia, I made my way to lavender, found out about the Radio needing fixing, then went through the rock tunnel and made my way to Cerulean City where I saw the rocket guy, beat him up so he would tell me where the part was, got the part, brought it to the power plant, went to the radio tower and got the radio app for my Poke Gear, woke up and defeated the snorlax, went through diglett cave, got to pewter and beat up Brock, went through Mt. Moon (which is a hell of a lot shorter in this game lol) where I found my rival, beat him up too, got to Cerulean where I went to Bill's house to find Misty, she yelled at me and then saw I had Johto badges so she said she'd be waiting for me in her gym, I went down there and defeated her, then I went back to pewter and down to Viridian, saw the gym was closed so went to Cinnabar, met Blue the Viridian Gym leader, went to seafoam Islands, beat Blaine, flew back to Viridian, beat Blue, flew to Pallet and told Oak I am awesome, he said you may be awesome but Red is still more awesome. I took that as a challenge and went to Mt. Silver. I knew he had high leveled pokemon so first I trained all my pokemon to level 60. Then I climbed up Mt. Silver to battle Red.

I started with Buzzsaw, as I knew he was the only pokemon who could take a few thunders from Pikachu, and after 2 full restores on Pikachu, it finally went down. Then Red sent out Espeon, who I knew could 2HKO Buzzsaw, so first I dizzy punched, trying to confuse it but it snapped out of confusion instantly! AND THEN IT DID ONE WORSE! IT CRITICAL HIT PSYCHIC ON BUZZSAW!!!!!! I tried to save him but it was to late, the true powerhouse of my team, was down. I then sent out Taragon, thinking I should paralyze Espeon before it could thrash my team again. After using thunder wave, I saw that Taragon could only take 3 psychics, it was a good thing I had a huge amount of hyper potions (I think around 78 at the beginning of the battle) finally after Espeon was in full paralysis I was able to defeat it! Next came Blastoise though, and I knew it could OHKO with Blizzard, so I switched to Kimmy who took Blizzard like a champ. With Buzzsaw down though, I had no pokemon with an electric or grass attack! The only way I could win was stalling with whirlpool. So after several turns and several hyper potions, Red's Blastoise was down. Next came Venusaur, who I switched to Over Easy because she has the best sp. def. I used fly and dodged the first solarbeam, but the second one hit, however I saw that Over Easy could take at least 3 of them. But then during my third fly, I saw a flaw, Venusaur could use synthesis to fully heal by the time I was able to use fly! Luckily though, psychic was able to two hit Venusaur! But then there was Snorlax, the epic tank of Red's team. I knew there was no way Over Easy could take him, so I switched to Aphrodite, thinking super fang could help a lot with this annoying tank. However, as soon as I switched to Aphrodite, Snorlax got a lucky crit with body slam! I watched as Aphrodite's hp went straight to 0! Now I had lost two of my teammates that I had been with since before my third gym badge! I was furious, I knew that my very first pokemon, Apollo would be just as mad about losing two of our closest friends. I called him out from his pokeball and he was ready to fight. I knew that with the amnesia's up flamethrower would be useless, so I had to rely on iron tail, which I saw would of been a three hit KO, however I was so unlucky that not a single time did 3 iron tails hit in a row! I kept missing one of them so I couldn't get the KO before I ran out of pp! Now I was running low (down to about 30) hyper potions, so I knew I had to finish this soon. I used strength, hoping that was also a three hit KO, but it was 4. Not enough to take down Snorlax before he could rest up again. I knew I had to get lucky with a crit and that was my only chance. However, luck paid off in the end and I was able to to get a crit with 4 pp left! Charizard was the next and last pokemon, so first I healed Apollo, and then Kimmy while Apollo took a flamethrower. Then I switched into Kimmy, and the first flamethrower hit, it was a crit but Kimmy survived with 20 hp. After healing again, I could see that Kimmy was only able to take 2 flamethrowers before she needed to heal, so I used surf and saw that it was only going to be 2 surfs to defeat Charizard, so I healed after the first one and did the final surf and defeated Red!!!

Well, my saves from PUAP (and not only them) somehow fell victim to a harddrive clearing spree and I don't feel like starting a new one, but I DO feel up for a challenge. So, since I haven't as excessively spammed challenges as usual recently (In fact, that opposite is the case), I'm thinking to get back into business, I might as well play my favorite one first. So...

FR Omega (never played that thing before for some reason), basic rules+set mode. Let's see how far I'll make it through the game before I die.

Alright, not far into the game yet and I've already pretty much screwed everything up, as expected. So, after doing some stuff I confidently walked into Brock's gym with a Groyvle in my team and was like "what's the worst that could happen, Aerodactyl? Something from the Aron line? I can deal with that." But then, Brock sent out a Vulpix. A Vulpix with Hypnosis that never seemed to miss for that matter. Needless to say, that bastard killed my team. So I angrily yelled something along the lines of "I was told we would be fighting Rock Pokemon", said goodbye to my team and ... took my Hoothoot from the box I had put in there because I was thinking it would be useless against Brock. Later, an egg I had somehow managed to get in Pewter instead of something like Mudkip, Nosepass or Slakoth hatched into Togepi (the worst possible thing, of course). So now my mission is to defeat Brock's 6 Pokemon team (with at least 2 and up to 5 rock Pokemon) with a these ... things. Not going to be fun.

Update. I started over again because the situation was both early and terrible.
So, this time I still had one early pointless death, but this time I was able to beat Brock with ease because my team contains a Marshtomp this time. So, after not to much trouble in Mt. Moon (in fact, the greatest danger were the wild Solrocks and Lunatones, the trainers were no problem at all, not even the Raticate guy), I have no arrived in Cerulean and am unsure how strong Misty or the rival will be here. My starter is Elekid this time and I also have a Bellsprout, so Misty SHOULD not be to hard, but I'l bet she'll just send out a Gligar or something and kill everything while I'm still busy being surprised.

And yes, I did get REALLY lucky in Mt.Moon there. Unfortunately I doubt Bagon is going to survive long enough, it's kinda weak at this point.

My starter is a Charmander, named (just for pun) "SALLY MAND". After brutally murdering a Squirtle owned by my rival, "JOHN", (I-i-i had no choice! It was either Squirtle or Sally! Forgive me, Pokémon!). After forcing me to fight to the death, John struts off, unaffected by the fact I murdered his first, and only, Pokémon. Oak, truly revealing his sadism, tells me I must force my young Pokémon to fight to make it strong. But, his eyes, his face, I can't refuse his request to travel the world, I'm sure he'll kill me if I refuse him.

Not willing to cause anymore unnecessary bloodshed, I carefully avoid more Pokémon. (I DIDN'T MEAN TO KILL THE SQUIRTLE). A merchant calls me to his side, and forces me into taking OAK'S PARCEL back to him. I knew it, t-t-t-they won't let me escape him!

I go back to Oak now, and he snatches the parcel from me, after taunting me about my Pokémon, saying I'm "talented" at training it. Forcing his own grandson back into the horrors of Pokémon after he has already seen his friend die in front of us, the Mad Professor Oak warns us that we must travel the world and get information on all of the Pokémon - or else. Worse still, the PokéDex seems to have some sort of internet, meaning I can't just run or ditch it and never do this. I'm sorry, please forgive me, but I must do this, or I must face the Professor's sadism first hand.

So, I was in Cerulean and did some grinding, but because of some smoke move I accidentally went northwards instead of westwards at some point. Which of course led to 4 of my Pokemon (starter included) getting slaughtered by my rival's Smoochum until, of all things, my -Atk nature Beedrill finally defeated it. So, I did some more stuff, had some more deaths and arrived at Vermilion (Misty is not defeated yet). Team is, apart from a HUGE flying weakness and a bad level balance, not looking too bad at this point, but I have almost no reserves on the box left and no new routes until I get Cut. I'll probably try to get to level 30 before challenging anyone that isn't a regular trainer, I won't be able to win this with a amount of deaths I'm currently having.

Well, it's been a while. In September, I did a run of SS which ended abruptly when I fell into a pool with my DS and several games. My SS was the only one to erase himself (yeah Johto games love erasing themselves) and now, I'll just do another run.

SoulSilver Nuzlocke : Shot 2 <3

The beginning was easy. I picked Cyndaquil as a starter, since I find it the most reliable out of them (PROBLEM CROCO FANs) and, to my surprise, it turned out female. I named it Wildfire, after my mom's HTC (YEAH, shut up).

I missed a Ratatta on Rt. 29, caught a Ratatta on Rt. 46 (named Fangette, deposited), missed a Sentret on Rt. 30, battled some, finished quests. I (miraculously) ran into a Geodude in Dark Cave. I've been longing to have a Geodude named Rushmore, so this was my chance. I named him Rushmore.

Also got a Hoothoot on Rt. 32. Named him VendorBird.

So it was daylight and in Sprout Tower I killed a Ratatta. Hooray for rodents. I slaughtered the Elder, and went on Rt. 32 (I think, south of Violet) with my fingers crossed. Yep, I found a Mareep, I nickname him Dolly. Yeah.

So, I completely kill the troublesome Falkner (which used to give me loads of - yeah) with Dolly and Rushmore (Thundershock and Rock Throw FTW !) and I keep going.

In Union Cave, I RAN INTO ANOTHER GEODUDE. Why so many rocks thrown at me ? I wanted a Zubat. :x lol.

And I kill a Spearow (not on purpose) on Rt. 33. I didn't hatch the Togepi egg, not like I wanted to. It's rotting in the box.

note : somewhere I gave Fangette a few levels (since STAB Quick Attack is awesome in the beginning) but dropped her here. So yeah...

I kill a Slowpoke (once again, accident) in the well. I did the boring stuff, beat Bugsy with Rock Throw (easiest Bugsy battle of my life. Rushmore is really cool, fetched the Farfetch's (lol) and caught a Paras in Ilex Forest. (I named him Toad. Get it ?) Got a Drowzee on Rt. 34, nicknamed Kid Abuser. It died from grinding or something... my first death here, surprisingly enough.

Decided not to get something from the Game Corner, and instead wait for the Eevee. So I went and grinded in the underground and around Goldenrod. Got another Drowzee (aah, the want to abuse me) on Rt. 35, named Pedo v.2. Taught everyone in my team (Wildfire, Dolly (who evolved), Pedo v.2 and Rushmore) Headbutt, grinded to Level 20, and faced my doom.

Okay. Most of you will say what I did is not fair. Before you start whining and flaming, read the whole paragraph. Thanks.

On my 1st attempt, it was really haxy. When Pedo v.2 died, I got nervous, dropped my DS and started screaming (nerves). When I went to pick it up, it got stuck... on my 2nd attempt, I managed to beat Whitney, but hardly. I had here Miltank paralyzed, and spammed Rock Throws and Magnitudes. (not related, but I caught a Caterpie on the Bug Catching Contest in the National Park).

Now my question is : should I desert Pedo v.2, or keep using him ?

Hmm, I had roughly the same situation before with a Lanturn in my very first Nuzlocke run, and I decided not to use it. It just wouldn't have felt right.
