This Bulbasaur lived his life wanting to become a Sceptile. Whenever he was prompted to evolve into an Ivysaur he would refuse. He trained over and over until Lv100 and was depressed to find out he could never become a Sceptile. But one day, he found a Sceptilite and miraculously reacted to it, gaining the properties of a dragon type like Mega Sceptile!
