How to make a Vote At my Threads?

i had some problems finding out how to make a thread with a vote in the top, no luck so i was wondering about if any of you know how to do that .... Please Reply x3

At the top of one of the threads you have created, look for Thread Tools then click Add a Poll to Thread. The rest should be fairly obvious.
