Hey there rmkendrick, and welcome to PC! My name is Zach, and it's a pleasure in getting to know you! {:3}
If you do not mind me asking, would you care to tell us a little bit more about you, that way our awesome community could know you better! n_n Here at PC, we have the best community to be around! It's the most friendly community and the most active community I have ever been a part of, and you'll be able to make lots of friends here! (: We have all sorts of things Pokémon to discuss, plus extra activities (such as RPing, ROM hacking, trading, competitive battling, challenges, etc)! And we also have clubs (both of fandoms aside of Pokémon and clubs specific to Pokémon) here and forum games as well where you can interact with members with similar interests to you! :D
As a reminder, please be sure to look at the rules here, so that you don't wind up getting into trouble at all.. the last thing we want to see of new members here is them getting an infraction simply by breaking a small rule or two repeated times :(
If you have any questions, though, please feel free and do not hesitate to ask anyone around here on staff! They are the users with the bold usernames, and they would be more than glad to help you out whenever you may need it!

Passing through's good, but why not stick around for a while longer? That's always lots more fun. How has your experience been so far? Having fun browsing? Is there anything that interests you here in particular, like maybe ROM hacks or discussing Pokemon in general? I'd love to know a little more so we can get to know you and make friends. We're quite a diverse forum so it's always fun to know; generally we're pretty diverse but everyone does have loving Pokemon in common, so there's that. I've personally been into Pokemon since I was 8 and have loved the games, anime, merchandise, and cards since then as well. Can't believe 15 years has already passed since then.. how 'bout you?

In fact, you can let any one of our moderators or staff members know, as well as the users since we're always eager to help out. You're free to post questions publicly in the Questions & Feedback board as well, so take that into consideration! Right now Pokemon X and Y are especially popular in the community so if you've got your eye on that, I recommend checking out our Pokemon X & Pokemon Y board. A lot of newer members have been popping to get involved in the discussions over there. Just a suggestion, though! Regardless of what you're into, be it off-topic or Pokemon-related, we likely have a lot of it here to explore.
