Hi tiktok, welcome to PC! So you're an aspiring noob ROM hacker huh? Well don't worry, you'll fit in just fine here, like a Zubat to a Cave :) I'm sure you can find lots of tutorials and people here who will be happy to help you with your aspirations if you ask nicely!, there is of course the Emulation & ROM Hacking Forum ( http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=156) which i'm sure you've already found, that's where you want to go to discuss development of ROM hacks, finding assets and guides etc. PokeCommunity isn't just for ROM Hacks though, so if you want some quality discussion on Pokemon or any discussions be sure to check out other sections of our forum, all the members here are lovely and up for a chat :P

Welcome aboard btw! Your name reminds me of Ke$ha's "Tik Tok" song. It's the first thing that comes in my head every time I read your name. xD But you probably don't get what I mean. xD ANYWAYS, the poster above me just linked you to the Emulation & ROM hacking section where all the help, the tools, the tutorials and everything else for a ROM Hack is there at your reach. You can always count on each of your questions answered there, and you can also count on the tools too, as they're free to download. I hope you have fun building your own hack...if you intend to build one, that is! & I wish you the best of luck.

I'm with Meganium; the first thought I had when I saw your username was Ke$ha's song. <3 But I'm a fan of that song so that makes your username much cooler, haha. Welcome to the forum!

Anyways, Emulation will welcome you with open arms regardless of if you're a good hacker or not.. we all start somewhere after all, right? So don't feel the need to apologize or anything. :) All of our amazing hackers began at the very bottom before working their way up after lots of hard work. I'm still impressed by all the amazing games in the ROM hacking board every time I venture in there! Flora Sky, Light Platinum, Snakewood, and all the rest look like they took so long. All that dedication is why I probably don't think I can become a hacker myself. But you clearly have drive for it, so work hard and soon you'll be making amazing games for our members! Don't give up! You can always try out the Team Discussions (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=68) subforum if you think you'll be better at making a game if you have a team behind you. It's a nice little thing that a lot of new hackers utilize to get started on their game. n~n
