    If you identify with several of the following signs and symptoms, and they just won't go away, you may be suffering from an anxiety disorder.

    • Are you constantly tense, worried, or on edge? Yes
    • Does your anxiety interfere with your work, school, or family responsibilities? Yes
    • Are you plagued by fears that you know are irrational, but can't shake? omgyes
    • Do you believe that something bad will happen if certain things aren't done a certain way? Depends, but we'll say yes
    • Do you avoid everyday situations or activities because they make you anxious? Also depends.
    • Do you experience sudden, unexpected attacks of heart-pounding panic? Mhm
    • Do you feel like danger and catastrophe are around every corner? Again, depends.



      Emotional symptoms of anxiety

      In addition to the primary symptoms of irrational and excessive fear and worry, other common emotional symptoms of anxiety include:
      • Feelings of apprehension or dread check
      • Trouble concentrating eeyup

      • Anticipating the worst everyone knows I do :[

      Physical symptoms of anxiety

      Anxiety is more than just a feeling. As a product of the body's fight-or-flight response, anxiety involves a wide range of physical symptoms. Because of the numerous physical symptoms, anxiety sufferers often mistake their disorder for a medical illness. They may visit many doctors and make numerous trips to the hospital before their anxiety disorder is discovered.
      Common physical symptoms of anxiety include:
      • Pounding heart Every now and again.
      • Sweating up arrow
      • Stomach upset or dizziness Frequently
      • Frequent urination or diarrhea Nope
      • Shortness of breath A lot
      • Tremors and twitches No
      • Muscle tension Mhm, but that could be weightlifting
      • Headaches Haven't noticed any
      • Fatigue Mhm
      • Insomnia From time to time


      Should I go to the doctor? I've been researching this stuff ever since one of my friends said I displayed the same symptoms as her when she was diagnosed with it, and I'm pretty of worried :[

  • Most of the things in the physical section could be caused by many things, not just anxiety. Still, I think you should get checked up. Better not to take the chance of having it and not knowing.

    Dude, trust me when I say yes. You need to go to the doctor or you'll end up like me: House-ridden. That's what happens when your anxiety gets too bad.​

    I already knew I had anxiety, but I've never seen what the symptoms would be. D:
