    since when has that become an excuse for jackass behavior? not trying to criticize you directly but people seem to think that the fact we're on a "Pokemon forum" means that people can reign free and that we shouldn't care about their behavior etc.

    Because the internet isn't meant to hit home to your emotions. It's for general use, and if people are being jackasses then perhaps you just don't get them. And if you think your judgement is correct, then let them. Don't let it bother you.

    In fairness the same principle applies for situations in real life as well, but even then people still don't realise it.
