To be honest, it's not, IMO. I was a relatively active blogger at Bulbagarden forums before I got banned. By the time I fulfill one or multiple requirements for getting a blog, I might use that feature on a semi-daily basis, as I tend to have a lot of stuff going on in my mind.

That's because not everyone can use blogs X)

I stopped reading here. People have stuff to talk about but that doesn't mean that anyone wants to hear about them. /subtle butthurt

If people don't care they're not supposed to read them. XD

I wouldn't mind starting a blog if my post count shot up or some money randomly appeared in my hand. :'(

One time some girl asked me to give her blog money or something but I didn't know how.
