    It was a Cyndaquil Lv 5. It was probably something to do with having no other moves at that point.

    thought so, should be fixed, added a check for having no moves, gotta test and will re-patch, mart should also be more traversable and not be koga's gym

    Edit: No clue what Berry cure check is but after these three errors (which is currently happening after every move) and the opponent faints it doesn't end the battle? the only way to leave seems to be running, in a wild encounter if you are in a trainer battle you need to reset.

    Huh im baffled here, this was the fling error i sorta got. Torchic has no wild held items, and shouldn't get there if it has no items.

    Mini update out, fixing some errors pointed out by players (few thanks here to pokemonbelch for assisting in "bug testing")

    Fixes the sinio errors in text, mart being weird to navigate, gale wings fix, change move crash fix,
    when cutting a plant if youu were to get an encounter it would crash (now works), noted issue with dark spot overworlds sometimes being different than seen? (needs more investigating), aware of berrycurecheck error (needs investigating, unsure here)

    Specifically this guy.

    I got the same error on a wide Sentrent and Starly, It's basically everyone for me.

    Im fairly certain this is some specific error for just me. Might be related to a Situs berry that Starly came with that I removed. Said berry crashed the game when I tried to give it back.

    Huh okay.... thats not good haha. not sure whats causing it but seems the item is set to nil (aka nothing) instead of 0 (no item) did you somehow take sitrus berry of starly in battle or? and did you just do "take item" or?

    I just did take item from the Phone menu. I was like "I should save the Sitrus Berry for later when I might need it." I might restart again and see if it happens if the berry naturally goes away if used and nothing bad happens from thereon. Once I redownload again of course. And change certain things' names. (Move the files into a spare other folder and change the save game file name.) Just to make sure nothing weird is going on there.

    unsure here it shouldnt cause issues but go and test, is your bag full somehow (or that pocket?) kinda lost here

    Nope bag was not full it was a fresh save. The pocket was not either.

    Edit: Because everything seems to be fine now Im going to assume that somehow it is an old save issue very specific to me. Because now it is working perfectly fine.

    Edit 2: Also if say hypothetically Ethan is alive what would keep him in hiding for so long? If he is in hiding and hasn't lost his memory or something.

    Edit 3: Amend the first edit no clue what's up. Reset to a sav where I'm at my house and now I can't leave. Yay? I think I might just come back later. could any of these issues be a problem with Windows 11?

    not sure about windows 11 you seem to run it fine, how are you stuck in the house?

    have to find out :) but not memory lost

    The house warp outside to new bark doesn't work. Acting as if there is no warp in the first place. I don't know why it's doing that I haven't done anything weird or anything.

    Oh i see now, no wonder haha, seems if you return after needing to see the professor it locks you in.
    anyway have you been getting a weird crit and trainer error (if you've gotten there yet?) had a few reports of always critting and trainers pokemon fleeing battle.

    I have not experienced any crit error that I have noticed. Crits for me seem as rare as typically. Just the berry error and the doorway warp one as well. I'm on the Discord is it easier or better to start putting bugs there since it seems that this games bugs like me?

    Update regarding bugs for this build, incase anyone reports them!

    Warp breaking in house is fixed, and while im getting crit issues from others, not everyone is getting it, so do report crit errors (As in always critting) as soon as you notice it.
    overworlds seem to sometimes break for dark spots, may show a gligar but be a starly, however i cannot recreate it.
    again some issues with held items but again unsure why or how this happenes and cant replicate, however feel it ties to the fling error.

    Other errors reported are fixed trainer fleeing specifically, and any reported prior to last update that were fixed are listed there in the hotfix post (near bottom of previous page)

    bugfix update; trainers nor yourself shouldnt flee now, npc battles wont break parties forever now (before happening) and crit bug fixed, explosive focus bug also some tileset priority fixes.

    getting some issues with battle text with "appeared due to" probably will be removed.

    Well, dunno if its normal, but i am able to walk trough nearly every tree. Any fix for this or is this a new bug?

    found something totally game-breaking. on route 30 (south) you can walk up a bit by some of the stairs, and be totally unable to move after. and with "autosave" on, this will totally break your save if it saves when you're there and make it unplayable.

    thanks for the aware, its not game breaking but definetly an issue, i'll have a look and see what i can do to prevent that in the future

    Mini Update, the stairs should be fixed, it was already fixed but never ported to public version! (also that tree issue is also fixed)

  • well aware of this, will be fixed very soon, you can fix it for now by making a blank image (transparent not just blank white) be 96 x 32 and save it in graphics/icons as 1a, that'll fix it.



    the game isnt designed or tested for mobile play or joiplay (same thing but want to be specific) so i can't test it for you as its not designed for joiplay and i dont know how it even works myself (internally) thus it wont be playable on joiplay for awhile, as i might need to make a seperate game for it.

    well it would be convinient for users who have joiplay i got a pc now so it should be able to run it now
