Do the Impossible Evos only work at exactly 37? I've leveled up a L50 Graveler and it's now a L51 Graveler instead of a Golem
EDIT: Ok, new problem, Graveler is not evolving period. Got a L26 Geodude and grinded him up to a L36, and now 37, Graveler.

Fairly sure, but I realised after that I can just pop it back into the UPR and repatch the Evos, so it shouldn't be a problem for too much longer.
Everything else works perfectly, caught Mew and Jinx and the Fossils and all the non Yellow habitats show up on the Pokédex just fine.
This happens on both the current up-to-date Play Store distro of RetroArch Plus using mGBA and on N3DS XL patching the official eShop download using Luma's LayeredFS btw.
Also, something weird I noticed was that the actual Pokémon sounds don't play on 3DS VC if you patch a GBC ROM and inject it using NSUI.

I got the patch for yellow plus and the recap patch applied, and it seems like the trade evo pokemon doesn't evolve at 37.. Is this because of the recap patch?

Maybe? Try importing the save into a ROM with just the main patch and see if it evolves, I can take a look into it

Hey! Love the game. Trying to complete the pokedex and I am at 149/151. Are Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan definitely on the floor where Moltres is? I know there was a previous version where they were not wild, but when I check the Pokedex it shows their area in Victory Road. I only ask because I've found all other originally excluded pokemon in the areas you explained, however I have spent hours looking on this floor with no luck. Is there something I am missing? Thanks!

well I encountered a wild Hitmonlee as well as a wild Hitmonchan on the first floor of victory road in my game (where the first two trainers are), not on the 2nd floor where Moltres resides (like it said in the readme file which is no longer correct) and definitely not on the 3rd floor either.
the encounters with Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan are either seldom or almost rare but they are on that 1st floor when going thru the victory road entrance from route 23. so if you are on the floor where you found Moltres, go down one floor and roam around there until either Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan shows up
edit - maybe in some past versions of yellow plus, Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan might be found on the same floor where Moltres was (aka. second floor of victory road) but not in version 1.3 as I have played the latest version available myself where I found them on the very first floor upon first entering victory road
and what's also missing in the readme file was a changelog or version history of some sort between versions 1.0 to the latest one (1.3) noting what changes or fixes in those versions

I've enjoyed the game so far and didn't think anything was wrong, but after reading previous comments about trade pokemon evolutions I thought once Haunter reached lvl 37 it would evolve.
I currently have a lvl 38 haunter and was wondering if something is wrong and it should have evolved or if I am missing something.

It should, you sure you patched it properly? I used the randomizer to change it and it may be level 40
