    Yeah. I actually logged over 500 hours in my Sapphire file before restarting. It's not easy for me to restart. ¦D I spent weeks transferring every important Poké over to Pearl before resetting to get my new Latias. I really only have two Latias worth competing with, only one of which being EV trained. My friend traded his Ruby for my Sapphire so we could each get the other Lati. I still haven't done it yet. :B

    Yeah, I haven't done much of anything on GTS, except register my location. :B It's nice seeing my lone dot on that globe.

    But yeah, I really can't restart at all. D: It seems I form a connection with my Pokémon or something. In fact, I still feel guilty for leaving my old Latias in a box all the time in favor of my new one! D:

    It's probably unhealthy to form a bond with a bunch of pixels and hidden numbers, but I like it. xP

    Gamewise, I really should actually train Latias. At the moment it shares the same fate as all of my legendaries ever caught, except for Suicune.

    Good to see your still around by the way Specter :D

    I love Latios as well (he PWNS) but I never caught him.

    The only time I restart is by accident... Like my Ruby version... I loved that game, it was the first game that I had ever bought new, and I was attached to my team. And then, just before I got into the Cave of Origin, I accidentally hit restart... Sadness.

    Well, it's probably just a matter of personal opinion, that is. I guess most people prefer her for her cuteness, just how others may like Latios for his toughness. xD

    Either that, or, according to the games, people prefer defensive gameplay over offensive.

    Oh, and I think most people prefer Latias cause she's so darn cute! While Latios is more coolish-looking.

    I actually don't think they designed Latios very well. I think they did Latias first, and then kind of created Latios as an aside. They should have made him slightly less...well...big, I guess. And more streamlined, I suppose. He seems too cumbersome. I think he should have kind of a graceful look rather than a regal one.

    His design is too vertical. That's what I was trying to say. Pointy ears, upright stance usually, rectangular hind claws...he should have more of a diagonal feel like Latias does. I mean, look at R.K.'s sig. Latias' ears are almost the same angle and shape as her wings. There's repetition of shape and angles and it brings her design out well. Latios is more of a miss-mash. His neck is narrower at the base than where it attaches to his head, his eyes are un-spectacular...he really just doesn't cut it for me.

    Well, I agree he does have many more right angles and straight lines than Latias, but I think that's a conscious decision on the part of the designers to make him look more male-ish. I wouldn't say that Latios hind claws at all, I think those are just fins, and that Latios doesn't have any feet. Actually, I think the designers were going for fin-like feet for both Latis, because if you watch the movie (forget which one it is, but there's only one with Lati@s) and watch Latias flying towards the tsunami wave, her feet are sticking out horizontally like airplane fins.

    Latios's neck is narrower near his body than his head, but I don't think that detracts from his appearance too much because the difference isn't that great, although it does look kinda odd at certain angles. If the difference is exaggerated though, he starts looking terrible. His ears are the worst bit, they just jut out, not melding onto his skull like Latias's, although from a head-on view they look rather good. Especially in the Diamond and Pearl games, they made the ears way too long.

    I don't useally nickname my Pokemon.

    Latias and nickname her Lily.

    And yeah, Latios doesn't have the same streamlined feel as Latias.

    Definitelly Latias. Not sure if I would give her a new name, maybe I'll ask if she had a name and what it was, and if I did change it, I would want to make sure Latias liked it as well. It can really strain things if you give a name to a Pokemon and they don't like it.
