Do you use Legionaries all the time? Do you think they are better then Regular trained Pokemon.

I Dont use Many Legendary Just Suicune and Entei. I'd Use a Weepinbell That I trained Over a Mewtwo that I caught.

I would rather use Jigglypuff than any Ledgendary, I just think Legends should be used outside in the main game, Not in Wi-Fi.

Ubers are Pokemon, who are too powerful for OU:

Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys (all forms), Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias (now OU on smogon.com), Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Isso, Wobbuffet
Oh... so nearly all the ledgenarys are ubers.

I dont think legendaries are overrated... :\
Well, all the uber legendaries (Mew, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Celebi, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Jirachi, Dialga, Palkia, Shaymin, Darkrai and Arcus) are not overated.
The only reason I say that they are not overrated is because in most official tournaments they are banned anyway :\ Also, ingame you cant use them in Battle Tower/Battle Frontier also lowering their value. I guess you could say Articuno is Overrated because it can learn Sheer Cold and Mind Reader but again, you cant use it in competitive batteling (most of the time.) So I guess the only use of an Articuno w/ mind Reader and Sheer Cold is Battle Tower :\

So in my opinion, legendaries are not overrated because most of the time you cant use them anyway :(

Oh, and I dont really use legendaries much (except for my Darkrai XD)

Also, the other legendaries are not really overrated either, mainly because not many use them much anymore and choose to opt for others like Salamence, for example.

Not overrated, but a bit exaggerated, opposed.
Ubers are under-appreciated as said to have really weird moves and abnormal stats. People look down on them, which is really weird, but I guess... yeah.
Not overrated, just looked down upon.

Actually, Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos, Suicune, Entei, Raikou, Celebi, Regirock, Registeel, Regice, Jirachi, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Regigigas, Cresselia, Phione (yes, it counts), Heatran, and Shaymin (non-Sky forme), aren't. Since there are 35 "official" legendary Pokemon and 19 of them are not uber, legendaries are overrated. Some of them aren't even suitable for standard OU play. I would imagine that most people who play the game think that legendaries are super powerful because there's only one of each in a game. That is mainly what makes them overrated.

You know, you could raise a legendary to lv. 100 and it would likely have higher stats than a lot of Pokemon. It's just that the amount of moves they can use are very limited and/or have little to no PP. Most non-legendaries have the ability to breed and have more diverse movesets. That's what makes non-legendaries better IMO.

Yea, but even if you do train it to level 100, it won't be able to compete in some tournaments, thats the only downside. Anyways all my Ledgendaries are already level 100.

Legendary Pokemon vary in strength. There's Arceus who has the has the highest base stats out of any Pokemon and Phione who is absurdly weak. It's hard to justofy my answer since you didn't really define what you meant by "regular trained Pokemon" but I can say most of the time legendaries will dominate over the non-;egendary Pokemon.

And no, they aren't overrated because it's statistically proven that majority of them (the ubers) are more powerful.

I personally use some legendaries just because I like their physical appearance.

I've never used legendaries in battle. Usually, by the time I catch them, I'm too used to battling with my normal party (I use the same 6 throughout every game) to care about switching one or two out just because I caught a legendary. After a while, I just form a "strategy" with my six that works- so, I stick with it.
