    Happy Birthday Blue~

    A happy birthday to everyone's favorite mischievous girl. I'm sure she'll have a very green birthday (lame I know). Though I'd like to contribute in some way for the occasion I've got nothing (oh well). Y'know I've always been curious as to why rald and Blue have back to back birthdays. Eh.

    Also that's a nice comic melody. I really like the artwork as well as the options lol.

    By the way, I found this artist who does a pretty good imitation of Mato's artstyle, s/he's worth a look-see: https://pksp.jp/turquoise710/
    This person even does some of the RSE/DP characters in Mato's style. Not a lot of people here are big on Mato (at least when she's compared to Yamamoto), but I like it. :x


    I certainly hope school's been kind to some people around here. Mine hasn't.

    I only read DPP arc now and then nowadays. I haven't checked Mangafox in a while. *goes to do that*

    But a few weeks ago we got a chapter a day for a while. Shame it was Vol.34 when nobody had finished scanlating Vol.33 xD

    I aim to get it turned into a theme, but I posted on the request thread, and nobody ever replied.

    Anyway.....I don't think it is Gold and Explotaro, I reckon it's Ethan and Cyndaquil, but it's still epic win. So much it's now my desktop wallpaper!

    Do any of you guys like N Dubz, Air Traffic or Muse?

    Because I think these songs are epic win:

    That's totoro. A mini-totoro used a leaf umbrella methinks... teheh.

    Ethan? Then I think that name they gave him in Pokémon Chronicles is better. ... can't remember it but still.

    On another note, have we figured out yet if there's going to be a new "Crystal" (Kotone) or if she's changing clothes and hairdo?

    I've heard that apparently Kamon is a fan-name for Gold, according to Bulbapedia. You're the only person to ever use it though.

    Totaro is another epitome of cuteness. Gambling Togepi that takes down a Tyranitar? What's not to like?

    Haha, actually it's great that people in pokespe grow up. I love the scene in emerald saga... it's old enough to be talked about openly, right? Well, when you see Saph and Ruby being soooo tiny next to Gold and Kris XD

    Actually, Kamon is one of the choosable names in old Gold version. I played the game through with my Kamon-Gold the first time.

    • Oh right. I don't know that chooseable names in SoulSilver, I just click on where you make your own name, then choose Gold or Rich.

    Yeah, I think anything that's older than Vol.35 (released yesterday!)is ok to talk about outside or spoilers.

    I lol at RuSa as it is. I don't know whether he's deliberately being awkward, or actually forgot. But he remembered Norman, Marge (as she is on mangafox, everyone else calls her different names) and Steven dying.

    But yeah, I was surprised how tall Gold was! I'm sure Kris was a lot taller than Gold and Silver before. And I guess you get used to the protagonists, and forget that they're smaller than Red, etc. xD

    Anything up 'till volume 32 can be freely talked about -- though I'm still a bit reluctant about discussing DPP without spoilers. Habit, I think.

    Also, please make sure this doesn't end up as a conversation between two people -- vm's or a chatbox can be used for that ;)

    (I certainly have to agree about the cuteness of your theme, though, Flare! :D)

    @ Melody: You might want to credit the artist. It's kind of impossible to always do that with Japanese sites, but I think matters are different with DeviantArt.

    So, topic to get the club a bit more active:

    Red: Most of the Disney attractions in the world (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Anaheim, Florida, etc.)
    Green: And Red would force Green along with him.
    Blue: Anywhere with a high-quality hotel and a shopping mall.
    Yellow: I think she would love going to animal sanctuaries. For all we know, it could be a spiritual journey for her.
    Gold: Viva ViagrLas Vegas! Okay, so he's not old enough to do anything there, but he'll find a way to get his fun...in illegal ways.
    Silver: Somewhere quiet...maybe under Gold's hotel bed in Las Vegas.
    Crys: Gen V region to catch every freakin' pokemon. Or maybe England.
    Ruby: Paris, the freakin' fashion capital.
    Sapphire: She seems to be the type to go on a one-(wo)man excursion out in some jungle in South America and come back alive.
    Emerald: He'd be with Crys. Probably.
    Dia: Italy. History and food: a great combination.
    Pearl: Dia and Pearl seem inseperable, so he'd go with Dia to Italy.
    Platina: I think Platina would tour all of Europe, taking Dia and Pearl with her.

    Might be just me, but the club activity's slow.

    Hm, I'm not a fan of those kind of topics, I like more to chitchat about pokespe :) But I know many people like them, so I mean nothing bad.

    I heard the trainers in Black and White are going to be a lot older than the usual protagonists. Maybe that means they'll be older in pokéspe as well, and maybe THAT means Red, Green, Blue and Yellow will play a part in that saga, since they should be about that age then :D

    OR MAYBE Red/Green and Blue will change clothes again and be the "new" protagonists! That would also be awesome, since we all love the original characters and at least I would like to see more of them, but from a perhaps a bit more mature perspective. Though that's maybe not very likely, since the manga series is meant to be for pretty young people still, methinks.

    A bit early to speculate about B/W pokéspe though, perhaps ^^ But fun. Can always wish for things to go the way you want them to :D


    Continuing on the topic of the different ages of the different regions' protagonists, I never really think about Pearl and Dia being younger than the others. Though... maybe that's because back when we read about the older guys, they were that young age too. Teheh.


    Also, sure this place isn't as crowded as perhaps before. But as long as some people come here every day, I'm content.
