I'm not a big fan of the Magby line. they always have terrible luck with me. Vulpix line as well. They always end up suckish for me. Mind if I change Magmortar to Typhlosion and Magby with Tepig (so that the beginning isn't so greatly boring for me)?

Passed through Virdrain Forest.
Went to Pewter City.
Caught a Pidgey and Ratatta for fly and cut slave respectively.
Defeated Brock.
Passed through many trainers and saved inside the Pokemon Centre outside of Mt. Moon.
