Okay, thanks! Is there any chance you could substitute Kabutops for something I can catch earlier on? At this point, I couldn't have anyone on my team until the 3rd gym leader.

Sure, I just didn't want your team to be heavy on the starters. Your only supposed to reroll one, but I don't think it really matters. Have fun with you Tepig and Cyndaquil :D

If you want to evolve them, you can and I'm not sure what Crystal ultimate end hack is, so i just generated normal Jhoto Dex
 
cool just 1 change theres no chickorita and its just crystal but harder with kanto and jhoto

Restrictions: ABSOLUTELY NO MALE POKEMON! I NEVER USE MALE POKEMON IF I CAN HELP IT! THIS MEANS NO TAUROS, NIDORINO/NIDOKING, ETC. At least 1 Pokemon that can learn Surf and Fly.

So I played for 30mins today and progressed.

Key milestones:
Passed through Virdrain Forest.
Went to Pewter City.
Caught a Pidgey and Ratatta for fly and cut slave respectively.
Defeated Brock.
Passed through many trainers and saved inside the Pokemon Centre outside of Mt. Moon.

This team is great thanks. I don't usually use Bug Type Pokemon but I'm so happy I get to use one of my favourite Pokemon (Garchomp) that I'll completely overlook that.
