    The answer is Mewtwo, and you misspelled legendary.

    Oh, and the actual answer to my question was Alakazam, but Kadabra is okay.

    The next Pokemon has a big horn.
    It's weak to Water and Grass.
    It can still evolve.

    I translated "red face" into Japanese using a translator. The roumaji for such is "Sekimen", which doesn't relate to any Pokemon.

    I can't think of an answer for that either. No Ghost/Dark Pokémon can learn coil by level up, and the only Pokemon I can think of that has no weakness and can learn Coil is Eelektross, but it has arms. I give... What is the answer to the both of them?

    Anyway, on with the rules.

    -I look like a Dragon, but I am not of the Dragon-type.
    -I have large wings, but WHY CAN'T I LEARN FLY?
    -I guess Brock is easier to defeat with a Spearow, I guess....
