I dont think that we will get any actual evos.
Its not strange at all.In the 3rd gen only 2 pokemon got pre evos.

I agree, although tbf in R/S iirc there were only two Pokemon from previous generations (Marill and Wobbuffet) who had changes to their evolution line, getting pre-evolutions. So I guess it's definitely possible. :s
As for Froakie's final evolution, while it may not be what I expected Is till think it looks pretty cool and I'm definitely going with Froakie still. :p And by its design, I'm almost certain it's going to be a fast physical attacker so that's going to be the ability I'm going to go for. :p

My main doubt about greninja is that the bubbles have disappeared (or I've just not seen them) which seems odd considering that they have been a developing feature in froakie and frogadier

I liked the other two pokemon but greninja. That tongue is just eww. And it looks so different from its previous form. I mean there is no definite body shape. it also looks smaller. Maybe it is a completely different pokemon?
P.S: I want to unsee the tongue. No. Just no. No mystical creature would be comfortable using its tongue as a scarf.

Yeah, Kyubixen is definitely a poor name doesn't seem to fit the bill for the RPG archetypes. If "Kyubi" is a reference to the Nine-Tailed fox from Naruto, then it would make the last part of the name, which is quite obviously a usage of the word "vixen" make little sense. A vixen is a female fox, and Kyuubi from Naruto is a Nine-Tailed fox beast.
Basically it's like calling the Pokemon "Fox Fox." Although, you could think of vixen by an alternate definition, which is "a troublesome or quarrelsome woman" and seems to be relative to the way witches are perceived stereotypically. Though, I'm not sure why GameFreak would make reference to Naruto's "Kyuubi" in the first place; because Ninetails already fits well as a reference to the nine-tailed fox. Could be for the mysticism around Kyuubi from Naruto, I guess, but I don't see that being very likely.
This is of course, assuming that the Kyubixen were true. I don't personally believe it because of the general absurdity and combination of words. The word "Kyuubi" itself essentially means "nine tails." I don't see GF coming out with another nine-tailed fox anytime soon.

I guess so, but I can't shake off the feeling that every second generation of Pokemon are meant to have evolution's for previous Pokemon, which is why I feel this is strange. Then again, we've only got one eeveelution this generation which throws off that pattern, so who knows.

i don't think use this argument, look at the squirtle and oshawott line for instance where the final evo looks considerably different from the pre-evos.
not to say i support the latest "leaks" since i am still pretty sure they are fakemon

They are both confirmed fake. The creator came forward and admit to photoshopping the pictures and putting them on his 3DS. Hawlucha was a fakemon created on /vp/ years ago.

Does it bother anyone that Greninja is level 66? If that was me I would have leaked it as soon as it evolved....but this guy looks like he's been trained a further 30 levels.
I'm also not convinced by Hawluchas move screen picture. I do like Hawlucha though.

Okay. I've come to the conclusion. I am no longer looking at anything on these games until the release date. I don't mind spoilers, but that's not the problem. The reason I can't be assed any more is because the amount of fake crap, lying and trolling that goes on in the Pokémon Community (ironically, not this site - but the whole community in general) and that is being thrown around that helps no one. I'd rather just start the games up fresh and not worry about whether Frogadier's bubbles disappear whether we only have 70 new Pokémon, or whether there are no endgame things to do... Whatever.

I am less inclined to believe in rumors when they are just text from a random person, and I believe I am in the right to do so because of how many idiots like to leak fake info. I'm definitely on the fence with this one, some screens seem legit, some seem fake. I just hope against hope that last one is fake. It looks SO bad. It freaks me out so much. Its just ew. I don't really know what to say.

Honestly, at this point I am just taking crap looking pokemon in with open arms in the hopes that they have amazing base stats to make up for it! =D

I feel like they could be the real deal. After all people thought the starter leaks last gen were off but they were true.
Binicle looks like just the kind of marmite pokemon gamefreak would create. It's not something that was wanted by many I'd imagine....but game freak serves it up anyway. Binicle looks like it might be Rock/Water type.
I wonder if that level 33 shot of quilladin means we'll get his final evo leaked soon.
