I beat the game, but can anyone suggest a good movepool for Guzzlord? It has the Hydreigon typing, and I liek it a lot, and i really wanna use it. but it gets its butt kicked in the battle tree, and a fairy move kills it. HELP ME!

he's good in doubles with something like a carbink, if you can get a guard split off and use trick room. Then you can run rest and a chesto berry. Then he`s just...a freaking tanky monster.

I decided to do a Grass monotype playthrough on moon, and my team by the end was Decidueye, Tsareena, Shiinotic, Lurantis, Dhelmise, and Exeggcutor. Now I've started sun and I'm planning on only using Alola forms. I'm not far at all though (just finished at the trainer's school) but I have Pichu, Meowth, Grimer, and Rattata.

I had an Eeveelution team on my playthrough. I'm still piecing together a competitive team for online battles... but in the meantime for the battle tree I'm just playing around with my favorites, so this is what I'm running there at the moment:

    Espeon @Light Clay
    - Light Screen
    - Reflect
    - Psychic
    - Dazzling Gleam

    Toxapex @Black Sludge
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Scald
    - Baneful Bunker

    Alolan Marowak @Thick Club
    - Flare Blitz
    - Shadow Bone
    - Earthquake
    - Protect

    Leafeon @Sitrus Berry
    - Leaf Blade
    - X-Scissor
    - Synthesis
    - Protect

    Sableye @Rocky Helmet
    - Knock Off
    - Taunt
    - Foul Play
    - Recover

    Mimikyu @Leftovers
    - Swords Dance
    - Shadow Claw
    - Play Rough
    - Pain Split

After experiencing a combination of different pokemon, I finally found the team I love the most that helped me get through the ranks of Battle Royal and even won some Online Royals. Now I use the team for almost everything. I do get Nebby out from time to time as well, but I don't use it anymore. I did use Battle Bond Greninja and Nebby for the Elite 4, mainly because Nebby is part of the storyline, so I didn't want to break the storyline.

    Male Crabominable (Lv. 74)
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
    Nature: Impish
    Item: Icium Z
Ice Punch, Ice Hammer, Crabhammer, and Brick Break.

    Male Mudsdale (Lv. 58)
    Ability: Own Tempo
    Nature: Docile
    Item: Soft Sand
High Horsepower, Earthquake, Heavy Slam, and Focus Blast.

    Female Salazzle (Lv. 70)
    Ability: Corrosion
    Nature: Modest
    Item: Poison Barb
Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Dragon Pulse, and Flamethrower

    Male Decidueye (Lv. 82)
    Ability: Overgrow
    Nature: Jolly
    Item: Decidium Z
Low Sweep, Spirit Shackle, Leaf Blade, and Shadow Claw

    Female Lycanroc (Sun) (Lv. 77)
    Ability: Sand Rush
    Nature: Impish
    Item: Black Glasses
Crunch, Brick Break, Rock Slide, and Stone Edge.

Female Goodra (Favorite of the whole team) (Lv. 55)
    Ability: Hydration
    Nature: Hardy
    Item: Dragonium Z
Thuderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, and Dragon Pulse (Soon to be Draco Meteor)

I found that it was better to have tanky and hard hitting pokemon for Royal. As if you are fast and hard hitting, you don't usually get to take out the opponent and you tend to be knocked out quickly.

I've already beaten the game twice, but now I'm caught in a dilemma since I want to keep my Snorlium Z. :(

Would it be possible to give the Snorlium Z to a pokemon and then put that pokemon in the bank?

I know that would work for other items at least...

I haven't actually looked through most of this thread, so I apologize if I missed it, but has anyone included any of the Ultra Beasts as part of them team or not? Out of interest mainly to see whether people would or not and stuff.

I am planning to build a team with Xurkitree in it, but I still don't know if it is a "legal" Pokémon to use in Battle Tree or Tournaments, I've never tried lol.

Xurkitree's legal. I'm blowing BT with Xurkitree in doubles (Telepathy Oranguru w/ Instruct is amazing for it lol)

As for my team, I'm currently rebreeding and levelling it up but:

    Incineroar
    A-Raichu
    Tapu Koko

undecided on rest. Maybe Tapu Lele, Gyarados and Garchomp.

Cool! Another quick question, Are the Tapus legal too? If they are, my Tapu Koko will never see the box again! By the way, thank you. :D

    My current team:

Tortank the Shiny Male Mega Blastoise. - Caught in Kalos as a Wartortle, Tortank is the French name for Blastoise. Level 100 and Hyper trained.

Lily-Anne the Lilligant - My favourite Pokemon so she has to be on my team.

Female Garchomp - Obtained in a Wonder Trade. Still a great Pokemon and very useful in the Battle Tree.

Kiawe the Shiny Alolan Marowak - Used mainly for Shiny Hunting. Flare Blitz with Rock Head is risk free high damage.

Amy the Mandibuzz - My favourite Dark Type. Pretty tanky and used for the Battle Tree.

Cassandra the Gothitelle - I really like this Pokemon. Has the Shadow Tag ability.

Has anyone manage to build a good team around Tapu Lele? Once I get around to playing Moon again, I'm going to be doing exactly that!

    Offensive teams appreciate no priority.

I've heard of good results with MegaKazam. A-Raichu too, since it's a great deterrent against Tapu Koko (and get's Psychic boosted from Lele).

You could pick Litten as your starter, as Incineroar can take care of opposing Ghost and Steel types. But if you really don't want Incineroar, then Alolan Marowak is a nice alternative.
