-crunch lowered defence in gen 3 despite doing special damage so i flipped it
-I swear onix is pretty good once it evolves? I found it pretty reasonable throughout. Beats flannery down soundly with magnitude, has enough defence to tank virtually anything while still dishing out major damage with hustle. then it learns earthquake and strength for some very reasonable STAB moves. The 20% accuracy drop feels bad when it misses, but great when it hits, and I kind of want some casino style gameplay somewhere in the game. Don't think I made it worse anywhere? I defo want to keep Hustle: rock and steel type physical moves are kind of themed around random occasional miss chances. Honestly when I fight physical attackers with steelix it just feels flat out unfair. 200 defense is huge! I gave it Vital Throw for consistency now, and readjusted its moves. I think the problem might be that I balance heavily round TMs like EQ and Strength? Maybe?
Steel wing is a very important move for Murkrow and a nice little option for most other early flying types if you ever need some guaranteed special attack lowering on your team. Can really cripple some opponents. Still useable later on although it's certainly better when you pick it up. I don't want every TM in the game to be exceptional!
Mate I ain't no programmer, I'd be surprised if i could make a move that did anything like that! I may just tweak them though, make explosion fire-type or smth
Ah hyper fang is vital to both of those mons, it's like bone club. I don't need any more physical grass moves with leaf blade and needle arm (already got flinch chance!) in game already, and ghost does just fine with 75 power shadow punch. I may just change it soon though. I have a good idea...
I changed all exp across all pokemon to fit to the difficulty curve, you're absolutely right. It's intentional i'm afraid: things just leveled up way too fast at the start and made the whole game too easy. I'm gonna raised the exp handout in victory road by a little bit in the next patch
Looked at catch rates- most of them are unchanged since the original game with the exception of some early mons. Guess I missed yanma, it had a rate of 75, which is way too low for a time when you have great balls. Good spot!
Soothe Bell's in the same spot as before, someone in slateport fan club gives it you
my god i didn't even think of sidney suiciding his own shedinja! Fixing it soon
Whoops! better fix those dex entries.
Stats are as they were in gen 1 for error, it's in the fastest exp grooup in the game for this exact reason! It halves its own health when it hurts itself in confusion, what a guy.
The rest is an outdated patch think, Snatch is 100% meant to steal everything. It's a big buff, and my god is it a fun move to use. The TM's currently obtainable in slateport museum. Feels really good to use in-game!
I'm quite interested in some alternate sprites, but not necessarily for pok?mon! I'll be releasing the next update in like 5 weeks time or so, so if anything I'll message you a little time after then!
Hi,
A few things I wanted to ask/talk about!...
-fixed, I really hope you didn't save the game man it's a game breaker. New patch might mend it
-90% sure that's fixed
-Just fixed it now! It was literally asking you for 2800 ash because I screwed up
-defo fixed
-That's a cool little easter egg where you can surf on the lava, it's intentional!
-
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hyper_Cutter_(Ability) check out that overworld effect! that's how ;)
-Any time the Mirage tower isn't visible, walk to the cave from the east after re-opening the map
-Thanks for catching this! I just mended it.
-It has priority now! It always goes first.

This is fixed in the newest patch
