For one, the eyelashes don't look like that..! You have to flip them out according to which eye it is...if you get what I'm saying.

Try, first off, to make sure the outline of the eye looks like a "football." You want them to be even.

Next, you can try to do the eyelid. Just slightly follow the curve of the upper line of the "football."

You're doing something right with the shading of the eye: NEVER shade the iris of the eye unless there is a "light spot" in the eye. This can be in the iris or the pupil, or both. In addition, the entire iris of the eye is not fully visible when you are having your eyes open normally..part of the top isn't visible.

Also, your "football" shape in this isn't round. It looks..odd.

It appears you have two tear ducts. You only need one. In the left eye, it is on the right. In the right eye, it is on the left.
