Blue Oak (Gary/Green) I'm a huge fan of first gen and love that he becomes the Champion even if it's short lived! He also becomes Viridian City's Gym Leader in HG/SS although he isn't your Rival in these games ;]

Mine would be Kanto. I loved Generation I. My favourite; Pokémon, Legendary, Gym Leader and Professor are first gen! I know the Kanto map better than I know the back of my hand :]

As much as I'd love to have a Charizard I don't think it would work out so I'd go with Eevee.

My favourite type would be Ghost ever since the days of Red & Blue with Gengar :] Fire type comes second because of Charizard (my favourite Pokémon) Third would be Grass solely based on my favourite colour being Green.

From the poll, I chose Mega Abomasnow as the ugliest mega-evolution, I'm not a fan of it at all. I love all of the other mega-evolutions that are listed above however they could have put more of an effort into Mega Kangaskhan's design IMO.

My favourite starter would be Charmander simply because it evolves into my favourite Pokémon, Charizard. When given the option in any game to choose between the Kanto starters, I always pick Charmander. Evolutionary wise, my favourite would be the Totodile line, I love both Croconaw and...

Hmm this is a tough one as there are many Water type Pokémon I love! I guess it would tie with my favourite Fairy type, Azumarill. I love the ability Huge Power and that something so cute can be so fierce competitively ;] I also like the colouring of it's shiny form, it's gold!

I voted Mega Absol myself, I love those angelic looking wings it gains. Mega Ampharos comes in at a close second though.

I prefer both my shiny Latios and Latias as they are, I won't be mega evolving them anytime soon.. I'm also not a fan of shiny Zygarde, Xerneas however I would be happy to own ;]

In regards to fifth gen Pokémon being transferred to sixth gen, what happens if you attempt to transfer a 'hacked' Pokémon without knowledge do you receive a penalty or something similar? I ask this as I did a lot of trading with fifth gen and received many Pokémon that I would like to...

Being able to see Timburr in X and Y has made me fall in love with this Pokémon. I hated it's sprite in fifth gen and didn't even consider using it, now in X and Y I bred one I received from wonder trade so I could use this little guy in my party!

My first horde encounter was Gulpin too, I'm sick of seeing them as I am terrible at ST that I force horde encounters to EV train my Pokémon. I like that hordes have been added to the game, I just wish Nosepass wasn't made a 'horde' Pokémon especially when half of them use Block in one turn...

I went with Victini. I have both Jirachi and Darkrai waiting to be transported via Pokémon Bank, although I don't currently own a Manaphy I missed the opportunity to get Victini in fifth gen, how could I pass on obtaining a Fire/Psychic type :P
