I would go with Claire or Falkner cause Pokemon that have wings are the best :)

Umbreon is definitely an amazing pokemon, he and Espeon together can totally demolish other pokemon teams :)

I will have either my Ampharos (Called Torhammer) follow me around or my Espeon (Called Narga).

I will just switch my team for fun (since I have 3 different teams that I like equally)

I always go for Cyndaquil cause using that Pokemon gives me a nice feeling of nostalgia from when I had my first Pokemon Crystal :)

I will be naming myself Gideon (which is my name) my rival will be Jack and all my Pokemon will be named after legendary Fire Emblem 4 Weapon's so Typhlosion will be Falaflame, Ampharos will be Torhammer, Espeon will be Narga etc... etc...
