idk if you got this but still!
Perhaps, but it's the actual situation. I hate it when I see broken sites when they do not have any reason to. Maybe it's because I'm a bit of a perfectionist on things like this. Nothing personal, ok?
These two browsers should have reasonable performance. What are you testing your style on? There shouldn't be any real reason why they will render poorly. If it's truly unsupported, it'll just not render.

As a style developer, since you are using the vendor prefixed properties, you should at the very least implement all vendor prefixes, as well as the unprefixed property.
The only thing you need to care about is ignore any statistics. Code for everyone. Don't leave out anyone. It's no good to leave out browsers on assumptions, and last time I checked, IE and Opera does everything (aside from text shadows in IE, and even that is going to change in the next release) just fine.
I have a bit of a rant, so I hope that you don't mind about what I really think of the situation.

Don't forget that you really are missing some CSS code anyway. You're gimping the experience. Think forward - everything gets updated. The internet is not just Firefox and Chrome, no matter what you think.

Or should we wait until when everyone implements the -webkit- prefix just because too many developers didn't care? (look up the latest minutes from the CSS Working Group)
Okay then its not happening only to me. Well but I had it in the size of the map but the fog was still in the left.. But thanks for help anyway :)
Hey Gav. We spoke about those light effects with fog on dA if you remember. Well there is one thing I forgot to ask you. Is there a way to prevent a fog from moving ? And does the fog have to be in the size of the map ? Because I didn't really got the effect on the windows but somwhere on the trees... I hope I'm not bothering you. Thanks.

Hey, Abnegation. I like the Snivy's Holiday style, but I noticed an oddity.

So, Firefox and Chrome render the shadow as expected, huh?

Internet Explorer and Opera don't. That's because while adding the rules for -moz-box-shadow and -webkit-box-shadow in the CSS, you forgot the prefix-free box-shadow.

Also, how's it for you these days? It's been weeks since the events."

I am going to kill you if you keep coming onto my profile and telling me how to code."

    The conversation went south.
