Yeah sure, pretty interesting idea, so long as it's graphics based you should be fine. What I mean by that is, make sure it's clear that you're not going to be just/only doing colour schemes and such.

Well, you could try that route, but to be honest I don't think that deck would do well in the current metagame as Synchros are much easier to get on the field than fusions, which are what EHeroes are based on.

Ok, I understand now. Well, that card games on motorcycles thing is only for the anime and is now way affiliated with the actual card game, so don't worry about that. I see that you've compiled a relatively sound list, but Solemn Warning, Dark Hole, Monster Reborn, and Mystical Space Typhoon should be added to the list. Synchros are basically this; when you have a monster that, instead of saying "Effect" says "Tuner" and a normal/Effect monster that are both on the field, and their levels add up to the level of the Synchro you want to bring out, you can tribute both of them to Special Summon your Synchro! (note: this can be used with two or more monsters, unless specified in the Synchro monster's card). You can't always use just any tuner, some SYnchros have specifics on that too (like for example, Naturia Beast needs an EARTH tuner). Synchros are basically the core of the metagame right now, as most of them are extremely powerful and easy to bring out, with broken effects. The best decks usually revolve around getting them on the field ASAP and beating the opponent down.
