Okay. I take that back. In High School, I got a C in one English class and an F in another class that I can't remember. Reason being? I got like, deathly ill for two weeks and there were projects due that my teachers wouldn't accept that killed my grade, but still. I don't really see how that's entirely my fault. I had the work, but they wouldn't accept it, despite my uncontrollable and very valid reasons. :X

Still, for me, it's quite tough. I've never gotten below a B before. And Calculus is a class I've had TWICE. This instructor... he's just VERY tough in his grading. And he's just SO hard with his exams. Kinda discouraging a bit, ya know?

That's why I'm staying positive mostly despite this worry. I know that, so long as I don't fail, I'll do FAR better next go-around.

Thing of it is, a D is appx. a 1.0 GPA. On a 5 credit hour course. So, that's a GPA killer right there, considering it's worth just under 33% the total GPA. *shrugs* I dunno.... it just kinda kills my hopes of transferring in the time I wanted to. Maybe. I just gotta do better the next 3 semesters. And I already had the Calc exam today. I'm thinking I got a B or C on it, which should bring my grade up a few points. Which will hopefully raise it to a C-

Still, I am mostly adjusted to college life now. So hopefully next semester will be better. :>

BTW, I'm glad you're doing well~ I had tht in my last VM, but sometimes with my messages, PC loses part of them. >,<

Well, Civ wasn't that bad. Nor was Japanese. And I've got high B's in both of those classes. It's today's class, Calculus, that I'm scared about. I had a D in that class beforehand (I know what I'm doing, though, despite the low grade, generally >,>) and I already know that the best grade I could possibly get on that exam is an 89, because I didn't have time to finish it all up and know I screwed up in a couple of places. I need that class for my major. So long as I can at least get that passing D, I'll be happy, mostly.

I'm both wonderful and borderline freakout. I have one exam left to go. And I was confident at first on my first three. However, the more I think on it, the worse I know I did on them all and that affects grades and blah blah blah blegh.

Otherwise, I'm doing great, aside from this bug I seem to have caught. How about yourself, dear? How are you doing?
