Bit of a specific question, are or will both normal and Alolan Vulpix/Ninetales be in this game?

One thing I was wondering, would adding a icon work when you added a type further in. As in where Dark is 0x11, I placed Fairy at 0x18. But how do I actually give it its icon? Or is it better to just repoint everything to a contest type?
