Hey there. I've found an interesting bug. After 7th badge you will get a phone call. After this if you surf to Colen Island(before Light Island), you can actually get to Hoenn. You will get same message from Lori as on Light Island and one of the guards will be gone so you can pass through.

TM roulette is pretty useful. I got : Dark Pulse for my Honchkrow Ice Beam and Scald for my Ludicolo Ice Beam and Shadow Ball for my Porygon-Z Flamethrower, Rock Slide(I prefer it to Stone Egde) and finally after 200 rolls Earthquake for my Infernape

Does Wally's pokemon learn better moves on their own? For example Magneton Thunderbolt etc...otherwise I see no reason to use him if I can just teach Thunderbolt to Gardevoir.

Ugh it was said like hundred times that Beta 13 Part 2 will have rest of Kanto. Orange Island will come in Beta 14, most likely next year judging how long it took for Beta 13 Part 2 to came out.
