Oh, AND Mew and Celebi, anyone could clearly see that, Mew was incredibly child like in every Pokemon thing it has appeared in, and in Pokemon 4 Ever, Celebi wasnt exactly grown up and mature.

Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple (All based on bug larve, baby bugs), HOPPIP, and I think Sentret looks pretty baby also.

I have found something wrong with it, there is still no Hoppip, I also find it ridiculous your basing it on how they evolve, certain Pokemon look like baby's, and their not on there.
