    But Barboach it's not a pokemon you can find surfing. And from what I know you can't use DexNav while fishing. How am I supposed to scan it?

    Is DexNav the only way to get an HA pokemon? Because I need an HA Barboach/Whiscash but I think they're only obtainable via fishing and the DexNav doesn't work with fishing. PS: If anyone has an HA barboach and is willing to trade it contact me
