I'm just now playing this. This is an awesome Emerald hack. I like how you made ways to get every Pokemon available, and made the mystery gifts accessible. The difficulty is also just right, IMO.

I'll go with Piplup in this game became I like the water type best, but sometimes I choose the grass type. Very rarely do I choose the fire starter. Though I have chosen Cyndaquil and Torchic on occasion in Gen II-III replays. That's my reply to 'why Piplup?'

I had something really weird happen the first time I tried using Essentials. I put a midi file in the BGM folder and it somehow broke my entire project. Nothing I did could fix it. I just convert everything to WAV format.
