well, if lugia is not an uber, than i say tie. mega could drain all energy, lugia could areoblast like crazy. LOL!

the best baby is pichu! Lugia would still win, although it would be close.

I went on a holiday and took 5000 ugly pigs, 200 Carrots, three slices of apple pie,a Hawaiian Pizza,great chickorita's password(gharrrrh!), a beutiful banner of kagome,my cd player, my inyuasha cd, a very big Karaoke player, and a knife with me.

-CZ- yeah, lets end it for the day and go to funtime in pokemon land.
