honestly haven't really listened to them that much, I just know they're sludge metal and from what I've seen from your taste you don't seem like a sludge metal type of person hahaha.

yeah the same thing has seemed to happen to me with bands I discovered a couple years back, I can't really place how I got into them, haha. music is cool.

I still use pitchfork (albeit not as much as I used to) to find new music, like I'll listen to most of their BNM's just to find new stuff. other than that, I use this website which is an extraordinary resource for finding everything, and I just kinda scour the internet all the time for stuff I've never heard before... I dunno, it's hard to explain, haha.

do you read pitchfork? that's the only way I can think of that someone would know who Mutual Benefit is haha. I love them. and a lot of the other bands you listed as a matter of fact.
