    Ash's Tauros herd

    I would have to agree with the herd leader theory, it only makes sense, Ash didn't use Tauros until the Indigo league, and he caught the Tauros herd in the Safari Zone. So Oak had enough time to observe the herd and find out exactly which Tauros was the leader. Or at least that's my theory.
