hokage instructed itachi to kill his whole clan. and the last thing he still cares about naruto and sakura..when they were hunting the 8 beast karin, jugo and suigetsu were almost dying sasuke is the only person who was living becuase of his friends in that case he remembered naruto and sakura he releases his Mangekyou to save them. even though i saw the last part in manga where sasuke and naruto faced 1on1. and the point is HE STILL CARES.
